Halo 2 is evil, not in a good way it suck and i hate the X-box
oh man, get ready for this.
Okay, so I like pc's and Half Life, my friend (nick) likes x-box and halo(2). In the few years of waiting for both games, he keeps hounding me about how awsome halo 2 is going to be compared to Half Life 2, he's never played the first Half Life start to finish or Opposing Force or Blue Shift. So he's talking s**t about how halo 2 is going to be better, how the graphics in halo 2 are so much better than half life 2's would ever be. I tell him that you can't compare the two because they're on two different systems. He doesn't let up. So the time comes when both games are released. He had a lan party on the day halo 2 came out, and when we started playing it, so we're playing it, and the first comment out of his mouth was, "See, this is better then Half Life 2" (which was released the week after by the way, so he made a comment about a game that wasn't even out yet). So the day comes when Half Life 2 is released, I invite him over to check it out, I let him play it, he was pretty much speachless. Kind of started to deny that he thought halo 2 looked better until I said that it did, and he brought up that i said that you can't compare the two, just to get the pressure off of him. so i had to bring up that he said crap about the games before both were released, and thats my revenge for his crap.
Also, about Halo 2, yea its better looking then the origional, but I don't think it runs that well, frame rates wise. During movies, I notice that it gets really choppy, and during camera changes (sometimes it happens) all the models dissapear, then reappear after a second.
edit- not much else i can say about it since that was all i noticed becuase I don't own the game, or an x-box. so i haven't gotten to play it apart from a little bit of co-op and split screen.
