And that's why I haven't pre-ordered the next Kushiel book. Well, I can't really pre-order it. I have to con my parents into doing so....BUT STILL. xDDD

Hmm... the last book I read had to be The Bell Jar smile Boy was it good. I love stories involving insanity and mental issues. I Never Promised You A Rose Garden was really good as well, but... see, the author, Joanne Greenberg, used the pen name Hannah Green when she wrote the book, which is my real name xd So I got awkward looks when I read it around my friends. Plus if I ever write a book I need to use a pen name in order to avoid confusion. But I highly doubt I'll be un-lazy enough to actually write something half decent.

My all time favourite book has to be Julie's Wolf Pack by Jean Craighead George. Sure it's for younger kids but it's really good! whee Screw David Clement-Davies, George's wolf book is way better domokun

I'm so excited. whee
The next Kushiel book comes out June 14th, I'm in the middle of the Dark Tower series (I'm on The Wastelands), I'm halfway through Salem's Lot, in the middle of The Crystal Cave, and I plan on reading the Vampire Chronicles sometime this summer. sweatdrop

get reading the Vampire Chronicles girl! xd

you should try reading the Nightside Series by Simon R. Green. I'm telling you, you would absolutely love it. The first one is Something From the Nightside, but you don't have to read them in the right order. I haven't. I've just finished Agents of Light and Darkness and it's fantastic. The guy has such a brilliant imagination. It's sort of like Constantine.
The main guy is a private detective who lives in the nightside, which is an area of London where all the monsters and stuff live, and it's always nighttime there. It's fantastic.

OMG RAWR! eek

I just read this amazing book called The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones by Cassandra Clare. Gah it's so good. If you love moderen fantasies or Harry Potter-esque stories your going to loooove this.

A warning though, don't get too attachted to the Clary & Jace coupling. You'll end up wanting to smash your face into the pages later on.

Now, time for me to start finishing up Searching for Michael Jackson's Nose by Scott Feschuk domokun

I've ordered so many books from my library..they keep ringing me up and saying they've got a new one for me and I can't even remember what I've ordered now sweatdrop xp

I've just finished reading The Night Watch by Sergei Lukyenenko...it's the book they made into a film, but it was all spoken in Russian. It was quite deep but great 3nodding
I've just started reading a new published book called The Man With the Golden Torc by Simon Green. I'm a big fan of him and I've read alot of his books and love them to bits. the man has a fantastic imagination.

I've got Devil in the White City, My Antonia, Centennial, and The Catcher in the Rye for school. Not to mention, I still haven't hunted down my mother's copy of Wicked. I've been wanting to read that ever since I saw the musical. Currently though, I'm working on Devil in the White City which is a murder story based off events from the world's fair in Chicago. It's probably one of the best books I've ever read for school.

I'm currently reading Mister B. Gone by Clive Barker. It's written by a demon who relates his life story. It's very, very good and I highly recommend it. He actually speaks personally to you, the reader throughout the book.
