 Slasher twitched his ears as he heard kits mewling. He heard a few other cats but didnt recognize their scent or voice. Then again, it wasnt really any of his business. He padded onwards as the sun began to set and it grew dark. There was no way he was heading into Pridelander territory. (Clan territory) He prowled around the forest for a while. He found a nice tall rock, one that had jagged ends. He climbed upon it and looked to the skies. The full moon shined upon him, showing only his outline.

 Slasher continued onwards, his muscles rippling, his claws digging the ground with each step. He moved quickly and quietly without making a sound.

_____________________________________[a cold aura filled the atmosphere as Forsaken stepped out of it's shadow. its glowing, red eye scanned the land in search for helpless pray. as it drifted above the cold earth it collected cobwebs and sturdy, straight twigs in its sharp and jagged jaws. occasionally it would lift it's head in an attempt to pick up the trail of blood. it noticed a frightened and injured rabbit hiding under the safety of the vegetation. a sadistic grin wrapped around Forsaken's head. silently it melted into the shadows and slithered ever so closer. the demon lunged and dragged the struggling pray into the shadow with it. leaving behind an ominous trail of blood.] _____________________________________ ...can cure me of this curse.

[A large shadow projected itself across the cold earth as Talon's majestic wings carried him far into the sky, blocking the sun's light from blessing the land that desired it's warmth. Hate brewed deep in Talon's heart as he thought of the injustice Avalon had comited against him. She had no right to exile him the way she had so many years ago. All goodness that may have dwelled in his cold, twisted soul had died a gruesome death long ago, all that remained was an overwhelming desire for vengeance.] Avalon, all that you hold dear to you will soon hang limp in my sharp talons, cold as your cruel glare. You will feel my pain, you will suffer as i have... no. you suffering will be grater!! This I promise you, and I never brake a promise... [The monstrous bird let out a shriek as his minions mimicked his battle cry and carried the clans doom ever so closer on their wings.]

[I bounded into the clearing, my heart hammering in my chest. Where was he?]
"Blazeheart! Where are you!?"
[I dashed around, my eyes wild. He had to be here! I heard him! Where was he! I saw a shadow farther into the thick foliage and ran towards it, calling out his name]
There's nothing left for me here.

[I let out a quiet purr of happiness, my mate had come back from his journey at last!]
"StarClan has been taking all our warriors from us. That's why you came back right, because you reliaze how evil StarClan is? I'm so glad you're back.." I trailed off, digging my claws into the ground.
[The moon was slowly rising as I looked through the shadows, trying to catch a glimpse of my mate. Somewhere deep in my mind, an alarm went off. Some part of me knew it wasn't really Blazeheart, but that small voice was killed, and I returned my wild, hopeful eyes back to the shadows]
There is nothing left for me here.

[I stood up, my tail waving in anticipation. Finally! Someone who understood. Blazeheart stepped into the moonlight, and I froze. I was confused. That wasn't him. Yet it was. I cocked my head to the side, two sides of my mind battling fiercely agaisnt each other.
Screwing my eyes shut, I fought for control over my head. The rational side won]
"Who are you?" I asked, my green eyes clear.

[The demon retreated back into the darkness. a hurt look on it's face] "if you do not wish to see me again i understand, alot has changed. just please, for me do not trust starclan, i do not wish for you to end up the way i have..." [Insanity took over once more. All I knew was that my only connection to Blazeheart was leaving. I ran after him, BreezeClan blood running thick in my veins]
"Wait! Wait, come back!" I called.
[Propelling myself forward, I tried to catch up, unable to scent anyone or anything. Where could he have gone]
"Take me with you! I want to help!" I cried.
[Circling around a tree, I stopped, trying to regain my breath]

[the demon took a few steps towards her.] "let me watch over you, instead of starclan, i can not bare to have them decide your fate! they are not worthy to decide the fate of anyone! not when they let us suffer and not give a care in the world! but in order to do this i only ask one favor... please Birdsong, be my eyes, i wish to see the world from your view. to understand what you understand. your sight will free me and i can once again be the mate you know and have always loved." [the demon gave her a hopeful look, almost sincere. Forsaken was confident, it knew she had a strong desire to see her mate, the way he should be, once again. it could tell by the beating of her heart.] _____________________________________ ...can cure me of this curse.
