Askari nodded, her sword in a ready position. The blonde waited as the bomb flower entered the Dodongo's mouth, waiting until it exploded. "Let's go, Denji!" she said, running to the Dodongo.

Denji ran forth, pulling his katana from the ground as he ran. He stabbed the Dodongo in the head, allowing the momentum to push his blade deeper. He felt the blood on his hands and cringed.

Askari thrust her sword in the dodongo, the sound of ripping skin making her feel sick. Why did her ears have to be so sensitive to sound? She thrust the sword deeper, hoping to have the Dodongo die quickly and without much pain. "C'mon, Denji, don't give up; this has to be done,s o let's make it quick, alright?" she smiled slightly his way, though she felt like puking from the blood, the skin, the heat; none of it made her feel any better.

"I never had this much blood on my hands before." He grabbed his katana and flipped over to the Dodongo's backside. It stood up; forcing Denji to dig his sword in and hang on for his life. He shouted in surprise.
The Dodongo inhaled. "Askari! The bombs!" He shouted as his grip began to slip. Denji forced himself to balance again, readjusting his grip. The katana began to lift up from the Dodongo's movement and he was forced to shove the sword back down into its back.

Askari left her sword where it was, the silver hilt full of blood. She grabbed a bomb flower and threw it into the Dodongo's mouth. She quickly moved back to her sword and stabbed the monster in another spot.

Denji took his chance and jumped up and aimed his blade. He camp down like a blade of a guillotine on the Dodongo's neck. He didn't cut the head off, but cut through many major arteries. The Dodongo's eyes seemed to glaze over as it took it's last breath. Denji walked out, completely covered in the Dodongo's blood. He felt woozy.
((Is that a little graphic? I seriously had to stop myself from getting into more detail. e.e))

((If you've read the books I have, you know that's not even close to graphic in my book. xD ))
Askari took her sword out, but didn't put it back in its sheath. The blade was bloody and so was she, Denji too. The blonde walked over to Denji, "You don't look too good.." She said, her nose wrinkling from the blood; she hated the smell of blood.

((Severed is the only thing I can't stand. Bloody is alright with me. =) ))
Denji swayed on his feet. "I can't stand so much blood.... I'm like... drenched in lizard blood..." He eyes went out of focus and he fell back. He was unconscious; just extremely lightheaded.

((Yeah, like when people go into detail about guts coming from people's bodies or something... >.< Now that's bad..))
Askari shoved her sword into the ground and quickly jumped forward and caught Denji before he hit the ground. The blood from Denji's clothes made her nose scrunch all that much more. She kneeled down with Denji in her arms, "Think you'll be alright?" she asked.

Kage looked down through the hole seeing a glimpse of the dead dodongo, slashed, ripped, and a hell of a lot of blood pouring out. "Good thing I'm on their side" He whispered to himself."How are you going to get back up?" He shouted down to them.

"As soon... I... I... stop smelling like blood." Denji muttered. "I smell horrible! Kage, do you rope or something?" He called up.

Askari shook her head, "We should get out of here fast.." She mumbled, "Think we could get out of here if we try to jump the edges?" She asked, shifting forms again. Almost immediately she felt dizzy. The blonde threw her paws over her nose, the stench of blood was stronger when she changed forms. She quickly shift forms again, still holding her hands over her nose.

Denji shifted forms, hoping that would help the smell of blood. His nose stung and he felt tears form at his eyes. He jumped up a nearby edge and dug his hands into the rock to stop him from falling. The wall is kind of smooth... Denji hissed.

Askari shifted into a cat once again, this time not so taken aback by the smell of blood. She followed behind Denji, making it slightly farther than him up the wall. Denji! Do you think you'll be able to jump on my back and farther up the wall? she asked in a slightly annoyed meow.

Denji wasn't confident in his climbing skills but he manged to climb onto her back and jump. He clawed into the wall this time and manged to scramble up a little more. He looked up and sighed. It looked so far away already.
