"You are arrogant if you think that you are enough to replace your leader," she said coldly. "Leaders discuss things such as when warriors cross borders they shouldn't. And in their place, deputies will come. Tell me, are you deputy of SeaClan? Is Trouttail dead?"
She lashed her tail again and snarled, "My honor stands in that my NightClan warriors don't go tresspassing into other territories and act as if it's their property! We respect the boundary, but it's obvious SeaClan warriors don't. I will speak to Mosstar only about this, and I demand to see her! She's the only cat who has any sense around here anyway."
[She stared boldly into Dragonfire's face, her eyes narrowing.]
"Like I said. I don't want an unnecessary war with SeaClan. But as soon as SeaClan makes it obvious a war is unavoidable, I will fight to protect my clanmates. NightClan has the worst part of the lands, and we will fight to preserve what little we have! It is our only means of survival!"
[Lavenderstar snarled again, her claws sinking into the earth.]

[Sandshadow narrowed her eyes but said nothing, looking back to Lavenderstar, who nodded approvingly to her.
The cats then returned their attention to Stormsong and Lilykit, who had still not returned to their side of the border. Dawnfire picked Lilykit up and pushed her gently to SeaClan's side of the border.]

You irritate me! To me it sounds like we failed to know or understand each other. You cant tell me what to do, however i will retrieve Mossstar only for my clan's well being. She may be busy though. hemp! What little you have? You cats dont know how much you have. You cats have room to actually walk! Do you know how many lives i would be willing to take to have had that in my kittenhood? I could care less if i am out numbered. I have fought creatures that would make up the force of 3 of you put together!" weather i won was a different story...[Dragonfire sat and stared fiery rage at the odd leader before her.] "How about this. You go home, we go home, Mosstar and you meet up later at you leisure and talk about whatever you talk about." [She stood and flicked her tail as she began to pad back to her clan. she turned and looked at Lavenderstar one last time.] "Is that a deal?" "A cat could walk around all around the world!" she hissed darkly, "But they will not survive without a territory that provides them good prey to eat. We do not have much hardship during greenleaf, but NightClan suffers most with empty bellies during leafbare. What little we find we give to the kits. And I am not willing to allow my warriors to starve because some SeaClan cats think they can waltz into our territory and do as they please!"
[She was calming down, however. One can only have so much rage.]
"And I am not going home until Mosstar speaks with me. You tell Mosstar this is a serious matter. It is more than just a mistake- your warriors threatened to kill my warriors. If we had not come, those two who started this mess were getting prepared to attack Cinderwing simply because they didn't like him, yet they were breaking the sacred rule! With that kind of hostility, I question Mosstar's intentions. I want to hear it from her mouth that she does not plan to harm us in any way, or the next time a SeaClan cat crosses this border, there will be war. Now, I trust Mosstar very much, and I respect her decisions, but I can only be sure."
[Lavenderstar's eyes narrowed.]
"NightClan has had problems with SeaClan before I was even leader about borders. I'm not willing for this treachery to continue any longer!"
(( Basically SeaClan cats have been found hunting on NightClan grounds in the past, and it's been a problem running for quite some time. ^^ Lavenderstar is sick of it. [The gladiator rolled her eyes and snickered quietly to herself.] And i can see why there has been fighting between the clans! Selfish cat... "heheh fine fine. If your THAT eager to speak with her then i will see what i can do. I haven't been here long but i personally think you cats are paranoid and ridiculous." [Her distant mellowed slightly when the Nightclan leader spoke kindly of her respected leader. Her meet Lavenderstar's cool gaze with her harsh one.] "..... if you feel that way then all i can say is that as long as i have been here there has been no talk of attacking your caln. If there was then dont you think i would have known who you were?" [She then padded off into seaclan, her fiery pelt diassapering in the snow.]
