Spence, I'm simply getting onto myself for having expectations that are too high. I can't expect there to be people here posting constantly all the time. I wish there were, but I can't expect that for a long long time. That's all I'm saying.

Blade, that's fine that your trying to better yourself and all, but you don't have to bring down me and the entire guild with you! I'm sick of being degraded by you ALL the time.

Why do you think I keep making new images? The old images are fine, but aren't the new ones better? I'm not trying to degrade the guild. Nothing about it is bad, but I just like to improve and improve and improve and improve becuase that's the way I am....

Nothing here is bad. I'm not saying anything is bad. But I can't stop wanting to improve stuff until its perfect, and nothing is ever perfect....
I'll let you run things to way you want to Spence.... Maybe I'm better off not a moderator if all I do is put the guild down...

It's one thing to try and make things a little better, but your trying to change EVERYTHING I've worked for. You were ready to tear apart my entire Rec. Center the one day. Blade, you are in no way in charge or this guild. YOU are in charge of Branching. And so far, the branching has hardly been touched. Until you make some progress on what you were assigned to do as a co-captain, consider your guild privileges on temp. mute.

How can I make progress on Branching when there aren't even enough users to make even the two branches we have function properly? (IE TTTWND and the Hot Cocoa and Marshmallow Bar)

(IE TTTWND and the Hot Cocoa and Marshmallow Bar) The guild is plenty big enough Blade. You just don't wanna do it cause you wanna be to busy with the guild. The guild has nothing to do with the success of outside threads. Those threads are independant branches. They hold there own regulars.

I didn't say it wasn't big enough. I said there aren't enough active people to make it work. You've got to have someone to rely on to manage those threads. Most of the people we DO have are too busy doing their own thing to run a thread without running off and doing whatever the heck it is they feel like doing and leaving it to die.

Blessed Blade I didn't say it wasn't big enough. I said there aren't enough active people to make it work. You've got to have someone to rely on to manage those threads. Most of the people we DO have are too busy doing their own thing to run a thread without running off and doing whatever the heck it is they feel like doing and leaving it to die. There are 3 people on that list of volunteers. We have what you say is 2 branches, which none of those 3 volunteers run. You have a potential 5 branches, that you havn't done anything about getting made. Not to mention, that branching thread in the guild hasn't been made with the 2 branches you speak of at all yet. That's the reason you have mod powers here. So you have NO excuse.

I'm in a rather good mood. And I never said you didn't do anything good. I just said you arn't doing what you said you would do. You assured me that night we talked that I would still be 100% captain of my guild. And all you would work on is the branching. I really love the banners, they are wonderful. And everyone knows I love new members. And that's all fine and dandy, but you havn't done what you were assigned. You havn't kept your word. All I'm saying is, do your job, then go ahead and have some fun around here. But your responsibility comes first.

I don't want to see these hangouts we start die. That's what I'm afraid is going to happen to them in the long run. TTTWND is dying. I'm distraught over it, because that's a place I DO control and there's nothing I can do to stop the decay. And honestly, I can't figure what business we have starting new branches if we can't keep the ones we've got alive.
I dunno. I'll hop to it and get a rough draft of the thread up tonight.

What does it matter if a thread dies? It's a single thread. It's oka if things don't go perfect. You need to learn to accept that. I don't think this is about the guild anymore Blade.
