^A social leper is more of an outcast than a poor speaker. Back in the old days, lepers were pretty much exiled away from the cities and towns.
^^While I may not be a social leper HERE, the real world is another matter. I do usually reserve my judgement of a person's character, simply because I always fear that mine may be of inferior quality.
