I have never quite understood Thanksgiving. I suppose it is a way of mocking the people who helped colonists settle the land, which allowed for wholesale slaughter of the native population?
I mean, after everything the Native Americans have suffered, do we really need to rub it in their faces?

I mean, after everything the Native Americans have suffered, do we really need to rub it in their faces? Happy Thanksgiving! I've never been big on any of the actual reasons for holidays (except maybe halloween) because they are just as bad as you say, but I still have to spend a bit of time with relatives, so I try to make the best of them.

I feel like murdering in cold blood not because of the customers but because of some of the seasonal co-workers I had to deal with today. The summery: Come back from your breaks on time and don't argue with me at the register about just how late back you are. Odds are I really don't want to hear it if you're making me late leaving because you're a selfish little b***h.
