Once you cut some of these things out I can take a final look at it heart Character: Breezy Songlin Technique Name: Keystone: Enhanced Hoshigaki Sage Mode: Scion of the First Sea Rank: S [Learnt in place of Hoshigaki Sage Mode] Type: Senjutsu / Bloodline Element: Fire, Water, Earth Description: All members of the Hoshigaki Clan have the potential to access Sage Mode however the self-taught method which Breezy uses to gather nature chakra have vastly altered her Sage Mode Transformation making it completely unique to her.
Breezy gathers Natural Energy through geothermal heat taken from the ground as opposed to from the air or using clones (though it would be possible to collect natural energy with shadow clones). Wherever there is ground directly connected to the earth below then Breezy is able to gather natural energy to enter Sage Mode or if she's sufficiently close to the mantle of the planet. This is below sea level or when covered in the mantle's fluids.
The Hoshigaki Clan Sage Mode transformation cannot be used by her but her method of gathering chakra causes drastic changes being only superficially similar in that it is a Sage Mode.
In terms of appearance it's entirely its own transformation. The transformation makes Breezy's hair a glowing orange that flows like molten rock and changes her eyes from the usual Hoshigaki Clan's into a deep emerald green version of those eyes. Her usual blue skin also takes on the same orange glowing tone with obsidian black visible veins and arteries. A current of hot air whips around her into the sky.
This method of gathering alters the transformation and enhances it in the following ways.
Generates 50 Nature Chakra each post provided one part of her body is in contact with the ground, if she is below sea level or if she is completely submerged in lava or magma.
The transformation ends when there is no part of her attached to the ground and she is above sea level and not submerged in molten rock and is otherwise indefinite.
It loses the ability to overwhelm with water techniques but can be used simultaneously with another Sage Mode unlike ordinary Hoshigaki Sage Mode. It inherits all the benefits from the other Sage Mode but retains the appearance generally (save for turning her veins and arteries white and increasing the heat) and natural energy generation of Ascended Sage Mode adding the additional Sage Mode to her own.
All bodily fluids are replaced with magma until the end of the transformation and the body is modified to withstand this while the transformation is active. This renders Breezy resistant to Fire and Water techniques meaning that if she expends chakra, natural energy or a combination of the two equal to the technique used she can completely nullify it as long as that technique is Fire or Water based.
Finally the Aqua Jet technique becomes passively active at all times. It requires its usual cost every eight posts instead of four and can consume either chakra or natural energy to power itself. Aqua Jet takes on the expected orange hue of molten rock. She obtains complete immunity to naturally (non-chakra based) occurring lava and magma and can move through magma and lava like water whilst using the Aqua Jet.
As a Keystone the transformation also gives access to its own special techniques some of which are available only in the transformed state and some which are merely enhanced by it. These are detailed separately.
Dropped a few things.
I've had an idea for a technique for a while anyway which makes one of the abilities to see through lava redundant.. Dropped the Suiton Auto Conversion because I have a PA which does it anyway.
Combined the Aqua Jet with the swimming/immunity to normal pools of lava.
Dropped the dehydration. It wasn't thematically appropriate with the final product anyway.
By my count that's 4 but let me know if something else needs to go.

Technique Name: Shadow of True Will [ -2 Custom Slots ] Rank: S+ Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: Maruton Description: The user performs several handseals to create a unique sealing formula on the surface of an inanimate object. The nearest clone (must be B-rank or higher clone technique) is converted into raw essence and then stored within the seal. As long as this deal remains intact the object retains the clone's sentience. Also, if the object has moveable parts the clone can animate that object.
Technique Name: Puppet Magnification Technique [ -1 Custom Slot ] Rank: B-S Type: Kugutsu Element: Maruton Description: The user completes a series of hand seals and designated one of their puppets. The molded chakra is directed upon the puppet and causes it to transform into a larger version of itself. This transformation can be up to five [5] times the original size and B-rank, ten [10] times at A-rank, or fifteen [15] times at S-rank usage. All of the puppet's mechanisms' effects are proportionately increased in size and range of their effect(s). This transformation lasts for up to 6 posts, or sooner if the puppeteer ends it sooner or if the puppet suffers damage equal to the rank this technique was used.

This allows them to control their puppet(s) to the same capacity as the Puppetry String Technique allows, but they must pay the cost of this technique again for each puppet to be controlled. Multiple puppets may become controlled at once for the same activation, but any others brought in afterward require their own activation to be used. Can only control puppets that the user has gained a firm understanding of (must have made the puppet, repaired the puppet, or encountered a puppet several times in some other way).
Technique Name: Iron Sand Clone Technique [ -1 Custom Slot ] Rank: B Type: Bloodline Element: Jiton Description: Creates a clone of the user or someone else they have seen before out of metal dust. The user can freely change the colors of the sand to match that of the original which the clone was modeled after. The clone doesn't "leak" sand due to the strong magnetic force sustaining it. The clone can alter its form once per post. It turns into a pile of metal dust after 5 posts unless sustained with more chakra. Must remain in the same topic as the user at all times.

Character: Byakko Technique Name: United We Stand Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Non-Elemental Description: United We Stand charges one activation from both Byakko the tiger and Byakko the human upon the turn of activation. After which, it allows the two to Korabo at a distance from one another. Furthermore, it also allows the two to not have to be performing the same technique in order for the Korabo to be active. However, it requires an activation from both participants in order to work. Once active this remains for eight post. Cost of the techniques being Korabo'd is still applicable.
Character: Byakko Technique Name: Friend in Need Rank: S Type: Bloodline Ninjutsu Element: Laser Description: This technique erects a barrier of storm chakra around the target who does not use it. This means that if Byakko the human uses the handseals then Byakko the Tiger receives the shield. This is true in reverse. The barrier can shield from all angles or from only certain sides depending on the whim of the castor. The barrier carries incredible heat and will deliver incredible burns if direct contact is made. The barrier can last up to four post.
Character: Byakko Technique Name: Cat Charmer Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: storm Description: Allows Byakko the human to manifest up to two orbs of storm chakra; one for each hand. A stream of storm chakra can then extend from the orb in a whip like fashion. This allows the user to use these strands of storm chakra as whip for the whip formless up to twenty five feet. However, whip techniques both formless and styled are treated as spiritual when using these whips, which means no dr is applied regardless of the technique. This technique last for four post.
Character: Byakko Technique Name: Crack the Whip Rank: B Type: Bukijutsu Spiritual Element: Storm Description: Can only be used when Byakko has a whip of some kind. Byakko transfers chakra with a flick of the handle of his whip, which trickles down to the end of the whip. Once it reaches the end it detonates an explosive force of storm chakra which can impart great damage to anything nearby. This technique can be quite lethal if the target is bound by the whip beforehand.
Character: Byakko Technique Name: Static Charge Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Element: Storm Description: With a snap of his fingers Byakko can make a flicker of storm chakra anywhere he can see. The spark does nothing more than cause a tingling sensation to those it affects. Does no damage.
Character: Byakko Technique Name: Fangs of Fury Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Storm Release Description: From the tiger's mouth Byakko creates an orb of storm chakra. From the orb extends four thin strands of storm chakra which act as extensions of Byakko's teeth. This allows him to use his fangs formless to an extended range up to twenty five feet. However, any formless used through this method will be treated as formless, and will not use DR. This technique last for four post.
Character: Byakko Technique Name: Storm Caller Rank: S+ Type: Ninjutsu Element: Lightning Description: Byakko the Tiger roars ferociously as storm clouds form above him. Lightning Crashes onto him as he then becomes a ten foot sphere of black lightning. From then he can channel the beam into a single blast and fire it in one direction. The devastating force of the lightning is enough to cleave mountains and leave nothing in its wake.

Character: Susumu Yamaguchi Technique Name: Seals of the Yamaguchi Rank: X Type: Sealing Keystone Element: Fuuinjutsu Description: Susumu has a unique series of seals that are in his mouth. The seals have a storage space of a total of 250 Chakra, and when activated converts chakra constructs into storable chakra. The chakra is not converted to it's purest form however, and remains in a state which it was constructed to. This allows the chakra to keep the elemental affinity while within the seal. The chakra can then be released from the seals in a simple state, flying sphere, with it's elemental affinity. Due to the nature of the seals, they can only store one type of affinity at a time until all chakra from them is released. Activating them to breakdown and store chakra from a chakra construct requires him to use chakra equal to chakra used. Releasing the chakra into a spherical form requires him to use an E-Rank amount of chakra. I'm uh, not completely sure on it's "completeness" but overall am posting it here to see what might need fixed involving it.

Character: Byakko Technique Name: Surprise Circus (Sage Mode) Rank: B-S Type: Bloodline Ninjutsu Element: Laser Description: An augment of the Laser Circus technique, Byakko the human fires a stream of storm chakra attacks toward his opponent. The difference, however, is that Byakko the tiger uses one activation to swap his current position with a clone, and then transform into one of the streams of storm chakra aimed at the opponent. The clone disburse the post after this technique is used. Cost an additional fifteen chakra to factor in the cost of the shadow clone substituted for Byakko the tiger.
Character: Byakko Technique Name: Genjutsu Transfer (Sage Mode) Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: non-elemental Description: Allows one Byakko to transfer a Genjutsu they are trapped in onto the other. This does not make the genjutsu broken out of or in anyway easier to detect as a genjutsu. It only allows one half of Byakko to not have to deal with it. This technique cannot be used if both halves of Byakko are trapped in the same genjutsu.

It actually already says that it requires an equal amount of spent chakra to absorb it in the first place ^^; Is there anything else that would be an issue, or is it fine as is?

Puppet Magnification Technique Will probably need a statement on just how much these big boi puppets range is increasing? Vague is not good I've learned

Iron Sand Clone Technique Blah blah blah I'm sure you know this already but the clone can only use stuff you know not they know and all that. Approved!
Ohh so the 250 is just meant to be it's limit then? Should be good to go then

Doing so allows the user to forcibly return the tattoo to its previous medium, or they can have it retreat to a prepared ninja scroll. The captured entity or object must break free by either destroying the manifested tattoo or exerting an amount of stamina equal to the amount paid for the "Ochagami no Tamashii [ Spirit of the Tea God ]" technique to break free. Failure to do so seals the captured being into the tattoo wherever it is sent to.
Technique Name: Shinuchi [ True Hit ] | [-1 Slot] Rank: A Type: Bloodline (Yozen no Soutou) Element: Fuuinjutsu Description: Nabuya marks his three signature swords (Sarutahiko, Omoikane, and Oinari) with an extremely unique engraving seal. Costs an S+ rank amount of chakra to create this particular seal, per weapon. This technique can be activated while holding any of the three marked weapons by paying this technique's ranked cost. Once done, all three swords will merge together into a single katana but allow Nabuya to use all of their abilities. While holding this combined sword, now called Benzaiten, the range of his Yozen barrier abilities is increased to up to seventy-two feet [72ft] and allows an active barrier's effects to last for five [5] more posts. The negative and positive effects of the barrier are further amplified to decrease things to one-third instead of half for negative or triple instead of double for positive effects. Nabuya can sustain this form for up to eight [8] posts until having to repay the cost plus an extra C-rank amount more for every time the duration is refreshed (100, 125, 150, etc.). β’ Cannot activate this technique if all three swords are not in his possession. β’ Must be A-rank body with at least 70,000 AC to be able to create the preparatory seals for this technique.

Sorry for the clutter, please ignore this right now. Not really in the mood for building my characters at the moment. Character: Coda Technique Name: Body Art: Magma Wraith Rank: S+ Type: Bloodline Element: Yoton Description: Designed to complement Coda's preference for, but lack of specialization in, taijutsu, this technique makes it impossible to remain locked in close combat with her for an extended period of time. Combining her skill with transformation and her Yoton bloodline abilities, Coda turns herself, quite literally, into lava. This form projects massive heat across four distinct phases. Anyone within 100ft of Coda's Magma Wraith form will be caused discomfort, as if standing in an overheated sauna or slightly too close to a forge. Those within 25ft begin to receive minor burns, akin to grabbing a hot cup of tea or bowl of food, on exposed flesh every post they finish within that range. Within 10ft, flammable materials combust, common metals soften, water spontaneously boils, and exposed skin receives significant burns. Contact causes common metals, and most other substances, to melt. In addition to the extreme heat, this technique allows Coda to use her elemental manipulation on her own body, reform if broken apart, and source lava variant Yoton techniques directly from it. Due to the extreme nature of the transformation, this technique can only be sustained for 4 posts and may not be maintained by paying upkeep, or reused again in the course of a fight.

This is a sort of fail-safe in the event an opponent is using something it couldn't seal with his base ability. To use this ability he must first actually bite the target, then activate the seals in order to drain chakra from said target. The amount of chakra used during this by Susumu determines the amount of chakra drained, simply meaning whatever amount of chakra he spends is how much is drained from the target and into the seals. Technique Name: Devourer Rank: E-B Type: Maruton Element: Maruton Description: Susumu uses his chakra to create a chakra construct in the shape of a mouth in front of him which he can use to attack or defend. When it comes to attacking the mouth can be used to chomp and pierce or just collide with someone or something. When it comes to defense the mouth can be used similarly to attacking in which it bites down and shreds through jutsu weaker than it is...but disperses when colliding with jutsu of equal strength. The mouth is monstrous in appearance, and lasts 1 post per rank.

Because this technique is a direct combination of another of my customs and Yoton and not a copying of some other technique. Honestly, idk what Douka is.

Character: Moriko Umechika Technique Name: Shared Illusory Prowess Rank: D Type: Tamer Element: Maruton Description: Rai, sharing Moriko's sharingan through the cross-class specialization of Tamer-Bloodline is able to have the user's genjutsu cast through their eyes by paying the cost of this technique atop the genjutsu. This technique requires no additional activations.
