Well, I remember this one time. I mean, I'm just innocently browsing through the manga section at , when I happen upon someone's messily-shoved-into-the-shelf Passion vol.1 book! Curious, I just looked at it, saw the 'M' rating, and was like 'ZOMG! I shouldn't read this!'(this was back when I cared about ratings! eek ) But I looked through it anyways, and was like eek 'Aaah! That guy's getting ******** by another guy!' gonk
.....Um, I think that kinda scared me away. sweatdrop In the end, 'OMG BUTTSECKS!' turned into, 'You can stick that there!?' xd Man, that was a long time ago.

well few Xmas' ago my mom bought me mnaga...not realizing wat it was she gave me hard core yaoi n i liked it so i searched for some other stuff...yeah thats how i got into it! ^_^

One of my crazy best friends and her folder of yaoi fanfics. XD
So adorable..most are of kingdom hearts and such.
When I say folder, I mean multiple folders packed with smexy guy sexs. XD Okay, not entirely true..There's more Kissing than actual sex, but..still. =D

Well to be completely honest I got myself into yaoi O.o... But the thing that got me really hooked was a fanfic by Naomi called Claudine. That was just such a sad fanfic and i thought. Hey maybe I should woite fanfiction.

Well first I learned what a lemon was when I was 12-13, it was a fic on Inuyashajourney and It was about where you are in the story and well yeah... Sesshy was in it... damn that 11 year old could write. :O And I got hooked on lemons once I knew what they were. sweatdrop Then sum1 put a link to youtube and said to watch the awesome vid so I clicked and it was a very awesome Fullmetal Alchemist vid. :O I got hooked on Edo and youtube and started watching anime. Then I started watching DNAngel and I swear Satoshi wanted to rape Daisuke. :O And I was like, OMG and then I got hooked on yaoi. XD And searched frantically for pics and fanfictions and finally found ff.net. YAY.
I'm 16 now. razz

I remember when I was like 12, I was looking around on the web for YuYu Hakusho fics, when I accidentally came across a pretty um...lemony...KuramaxHiei fic. At first it kinda freaked me out, but I couldn't stop reading. I guess I've always been a yaoi fangirl at heart, even before I knew it myself.
Anyway, ever since then, I've been hooked. whee

4laugh ahhh!! well first i saw this hot heart _ heart very hot ...pic of a vampire couple... whoo...( xp have yet to find manga/anime...) at first i was like... WTF?.... and i don't kno... i did a little searching and... ahha! i just fell in love... but my passion for it didn't "ignite" until my Friend Esme started to show me mangas mrgreen

Oh wow... I have no idea how I got into yaoi. In all truth I shouldn't even be in it at all since I was raised in a very anti-homo community. However, I guessed I rebelled and got into it. I think it started when I was reading an anime magazine and I saw an ad for Gravitation and I though Shuichi was really cute and luckily for me the magazine included a free DVD with the first episode on it. So, out of curiosity, I watched it and fell in love. I've always loved those love stories where people are like, "Nooo! You shouldn't be in love!!" So i guess that's why I kinda fell for it. So then I spent the rest of the year sneaking out to buy the rest of the DVDs and got obsessed with it. From there on I got into other slash pairings and such. Of course, I can't remember it exactly because I was so young at the time. But this is my guess.

Aqua_Kitsune-Rain Mom+ Fake dvd's/Manga= me hooked (I was sniffing around the forbidden bookshelf when I was 10 and found fake manga and dvd's as well as golden cain and bunch of other really graphic stuff xd Mom about had a heart-attack when she saw me sitting on the couch with golden cain going burning_eyes . She said I could read it as long as dad didnt find out lol )
Miss Sushii's mom is like... open-minded and stuff, I mean, she thinks gay men are cool, she got my dad to buy her Brokeback Mountain, and she used to watch L-word when it was on, but she didn't want me to watch anything, so I suppose she doesn't really want me to become too perverted...

I got into yaoi very slowly. I got a tokyo pop preview and read part of chapter one and thought it was so funny I just had to buy it.

The 1st yaoi anime i watch was Gravitation. One of my classmate dragged me to her house and and show me a scene where shuichi and yuki kissing in the lift...the 1st feeling i saw it, i was like .'omg, i never wonder guy and guy kissing each other can be so cute.' And from then on...i start to search for yaoi anime and asking my friends any new release of yaoi..she also introuduce me some of the yaoi games..like silver chaos, gakuen heaven and enzai..which i had completed every story in it..l0ls..
From the look in the guild..it seems like many people started to watch yaoi after they watch gravitation huh...

Started with the anime, then to the manga, then discovered other shounen ai anime (Loveless, Sukisyo, etc.), which got me into yaoi ^_^;;
...not even to mention all the yaoi Gravitation fanfiction rofl
