yeah... but on steroids... the machine takes the medicne and delivers it in a mist you inhale through the mouth and out the nose slowly for about fifteen mionutes non-stop... depends on your lung capacity... the better yer lungs are, the less time it takes... but all that deep breathing leaves me light headed...
