Kaz can squat 365, and bench 245, power clean 205, and runs 5.0 in the 40. :]

Kaz can squat 365, and bench 245, power clean 205, and runs 5.0 in the 40. :] Oddly enough I can run a 5.0 in the 40 yet I hate power clean and dont put out much power as you but I have some strong a** long legs well at least I could at one point

With pads on i run about a 5.2 in a 40. Without pads i run about 4.8though if you add on my leg weights i run the 40 in about 5.6.
I bench 220, don't know how much i squat. Lol Power Clean i got about 175.
Though this was all for Football. I have to be buff because i play DT, DE and WR.

zaine was a tackler for Kickoff and a reciever/safety XD He was good on Special teams cause he was small and fast ^_^

and the effects were great

You're really skinny to be playing DT Ven, I play DE/TE.
Cleans aren't hard Von... just a pain in the a**. And I do a lot of cardio as well.
