shram i tend to have a wet towel on my head it helps. I did that when it was really bad, also went out side and laid out on the porch in the sun. it's over 100 here and I love it!

I've been over at that couch off in the other side of the club.
I'm not really feeling like a dancing or drinking or socializing kind of person. One person to talk to at a time, I wouldn't mind.
