Ezlo dropped to his side and pretended to be a hat again. He didn't want to scare Kaya by being a talking hat. Taka or Sora would need to explain.

Opal pulled out the cork and loosened his jaw. She gently poured it into his mouth as she made him swallow it. Her eyes weld up with tears as she laid her head on his chest and listened to the faint beating of his heart. It was fading as she almost couldn't hear it anymore.

Rugen gritted his teeth as he saw that his crystal ball cracked a little. "Damn it.... Silver... you were not supposed to wake up until I got the spell!" He growled in anger and shook his fingers. "Great... now I have to hurry up this process...that small girl is going to ruin all my work on Vaati." He let his fingers swirl over the crystal again as it filled with orange magic. "If I can't have one... I shall the other indeed... Helios will not be human!" He tapped his fingers. He had to have Lisaya here for politics... but that Silver girl always attracted his attention somehow...

Arious turned from Vaati ignoring the fact that it looked like he was about to die. "Silver! Don't move! Please. Tell me what happened!" Arious gathered her in her arms and cursed at the person who was cursing everyone.
"I think I got most of it... If Vaati dies... then... there will be no one to help me utilize my Shadow magic which can let me shape shift. So with out Silver and Vaati around, it looks like I am am stuck as a horse..." Helios cursed. The plot was perfect, but he just couldn't bring him to believe that one of his best friends ever since they first went to war together, would do this to him!
Lisaya shook her head and tried to wake up, but something was not letting her. She saw the strange cloud of magic as before inside Silver. "Who is there?!" She squinted her eyes to see a figure emerge, wearing a long cloak and top hat. The man laughed as said.
"I am your friend... in sorts... I know your fiance and such. I might hope to get to know better some day... But we shall remain friends for now." His voice made Lisaya cringe.
She shook her head and yelled, "Release me and my friends from this curse! I am no friend of yours if you put me through such torments!" The man shook his head laughing as the orange cloud came closer.
"Ah but I cannot do that... you know too much as it is... and besides... your magic is used up... half to Vaati, and the other half you so generously gave to me..." He chuckled as he came inches from her. Lisaya clenched her fists.
"I never gave my magic to you freely... you stole it!" Lisaya felt her chin get lifted by ice cold hands. He whispered to her.
"Don't worry, love... It will all be mine someday... unless you behave, then you can keep it. Why don't you come back to Elonacia? It would be nice to have company in that dreary castle of Hel- mine..." He laughed as he let the cloud envelop them both. Lisaya screamed before the orange fog choked her.
"I would never stay with you in HELIOS' kingdom!"
Arious covered his ears as there was a loud pop. He began coughing as a cloud of smoke cover the room. He held Silver to his chest and sent out a wave of purple magic. He let it push the smoke outside as fresh air cleansed the room. "What the Hell was that?!" He stopped when he noticed his sister was gone and all that remained was the floor, charred by magic fire, where she had been laying. "Lisaya! Damn it..."

"Helios, we need to turn him human, while we have the chance Arious." Silver said as there was the orange magic again. She was held close to Arious, if only she had brought Lisaya with her. She quickly pulled herself away from Arious and rushed to the stable. "Helios, do you know a man named Rugen... looks like he wanted to keep me alive, unlike Vaati. Yet steal the memory of the spell I was going to use on you. Little did he know, it's not a spell... " She said in elvish as she approached him. She touched his forehead."We begin now... then you must take me to Elonacia..." she added in elvish.

Rugen grunted as he lifted Lisaya in his arms. She was beautiful, but not his. Her personality was too sweet for him. He set her in the throne letting her head loll to the side. "Sleep for a while... I have more important stuff to attend to...." He gathered his crystal ball in his hands again and saw that Silver was about to change Helios. "Dang it... clever, clever girl... you think you know everything... however my pretty friend, I can't let you change him back! It would ruin my plans!" He gazed into the crystal staring at the image of Silver. Wouldn't it be nice... to have fun with her? She is a sweet little thing... He hoped to put put a magic draining curse on her before it was too late. "I don't want to kill you... I just can't let you ruin my plans!"
"Rugen....I do... But he wouldn't do anything like that... He was my friend ever since we fought in battle together side by side!" Helios stomped his foot. He would ask Rugen himself. "I am ready..."
Arious stared at nothingness. Silver had vanished. "Damn that man... who ever he is." Arious stood and watched over Vaati... He hoped he would make it, just for the girl's sake.

Silver eyes turned silver as she started to chant. No one could hear what words she was speaking as she kept them under her breath. Hold out Silver, I just need a little bit longer... hold out... she thought to herself. Silver magic flowed from her as it surrounded the horse that was Helios. She suddenly pressed her hand against him as a mark the shape of a rose appeared on the horses head. But it disappeared as Helios started to change.
(Hey Lisaya, how bout she was meant to change him all the way. But Rugen stopped her before she could. And thats were the changes back only at night means.)

"Ah brilliant! I am a genius!" He laughed evilly... "However... this still destroys my plans... but... It also buys me some time..." He closed his eyes as Orange magic surrounded him, and flowed into the ball in lighting strips.
Helios felt the magic enter him as his body morphed into a human shape. "Finally! I can hug Lisaya...I can-" He stopped though when he saw Orange lightning bolts fly past his eyes. He felt the magic waver in him and the whole process slowed to a trickled. The orange flames bit at Silver's finger tips and he could feel them burning at his pelt. He then heard a loud voice booming... a voice he loved... but now hated...."Silly Elf! You cannot defy my plans! You thought you could change him back fully, but I have stopped it! He will remain a horse... from sun up to sundown.... and as soon as the sun's rays are no longer visible... he shall return to his true form... unfortunately... And Silver, I shall see you soon..."There was an evil laugh that made Helios even cringe. Where had his friend gone? He opened his eyes to find that the magic had stopped and that there was orange magic swirling around Silver. "Damn Him!!! NO! I must be human!"

Count Rugen grinned while he concentrated. "Come to me my sweet... You shall be mine.." He let his magic surround Silver as he began to open a portal for him to transport her to him.

Silver blinked her eyes as they turned to normal. Her ears twitched as she heard the voice. She felt orange magic surrounded her as she felt as if she was being dragged away. Through time as she was halted to a stop. She stumbled as she fell forward. She was no longer in the stable with Helios, but in a throne room. She looked up. Lisaya was sleeping on a throne as she saw a man. The same one that had looked so intensely at her. She hated his eyes and it made her almost sick to her stomach looking at him. She quickly got to her feet and unsheathed her sword. "What have you done to Lisaya?" She demanded.

Rugen laughed as he shoved his heat aside and shook out his sleek dark hair. He set the crystal ball down on the cushion of the table and stood. "Don't worry sweet... She is fine." He laughed as he disappeared. He then reappeared in mid air upside down behind her. "She is just taking a little nap..." He laughed again as reappeared to her side leaning against a column. "Hmm... the future queen is a little tired... I am helping her sleep..." A third time he laughed and appeared inches from her face. "No need to be concerned about her... What about you?" He smiled as ripped her sword from her hands and disappeared. "No need for weapons, Miss Silver... We don't want anyone to get hurt now do we?" His laughing voice echoed through out the stone chamber. Suddenly he appeared behind her with his arms crossed (empty-handed). "Now now... About that spell... It was not very nice of you to ruin my plans... I had to intervene you see.. before it became too late. I always get my way." He chuckled as he trailed a finger down her back and breathed on her ear. "My my... you are so lovely..."

Helios blinked. His blood was burning with in him as he fell to the ground. "What?! I am still a HORSE?! DAMN YOU RUGEN!" He tried to move, but it seemed that man had also put a leeching spell on him as well.. His magic was fading quick.. "That son of a...... Arious! ARIOUS!" He screamed furiously. Though he forgot that no one could hear him, except Dark Vaati who vanished when Silver showed up. "Damn." Then he realized that something was missing... Wait a second... I can't feel her... Lisaya... she's gone! DAMN!
((yeah... Helios's favorite word is Damn... just letting you know... XD as if you couldn't tell already XD))

Vaati woke up with a coughing spasm. His eyes were orange for a few more seconds before fading into his regular ruby-coloured eyes. Vaati cracked a smile. "Opal...?" He sat up, already feeling a lot better than he had when he got here; the headache was gone, along with the fever and the exhaustion.
Ezlo perked up and hopped down the table to meet Vaati. "You had us quite worried." Ezlo muttered. "Are you alright?"

Opal looked at him with shocked eyes. It worked! Was all she thought as she hugged him tightly. She knew she couldn't ask him to never scare her like that again. There were no promises that Vaati won't hurt and it'll scare her. I'm just glad he's alright... nothing else. She thought as she hugged him.
Silver felt a chill run down her spine. She wanted to turned around and slap him but for reasons unknown to her she couldn't move any of the muscles in her body. "I will ask you not to make comments about my figure... Or touch me... "She growled. Good at least her lips worked. If she was going to get out of this she had to at least distract him. Her heart was racing. Where are you Arious... I need you more than ever! she thought.
(We're leaving tomorrow, I'll try to get a post in the morning and will be gone for a day and a half later)

Arious stared at Vaati. I fhe was feeling better, could it have lifted the curse? "I am glad you look better." BUt he added silently to Vaati so Opal wouldn't hear, Beware... the curse may still be in effect... This Rugen Fellow Silver spoke of may not have lifted his curse...it is best to be on our guard. He nodded to Vaati, then headed toward the stable to see what info Silver had produced. however, when he got there, all he saw was a pissed off Helios and no Sign of Silver. However, he did feel the annoying little runt, Dark Vaati. "Where is Silver?!" He directed it to either of them, but he couldn't understand Helios so he hoped Dark Vaati would answer.

Rugen laughed again and appeared in front of her. "Ah... What is wrong, Don't you like me?" He twirled a lock of her hair before disappearing again, his voice echoing. "Silver... Silver...Silver..... You are not going anywhere... to bad no one is here to help you... However, I must say... To not compliment one as beautiful as yourself, would make me seem... ungentleman-like... I am indeed, the gentle man." Rugen floated across the room and popped a grape in his mouth. He spun gracefully to stand in front of Silver. "How about a grape love?" He offered her a grape while his golden eyes danced with amusement. He snaked his arm around her back and pulled her close as to their bodies were touching. "Now this is quite comforting and warming... almost romantic in a sense..." The Count laughed as brought the grape to her lips. "It is not poisoned... I have no reason to poison one like you...I would indeed rather much have you alive! There could be so much more fun that way!" His eyes twinkled as thoughts passed through his mind.

Vaati made no struggle against her hug. He knew she was worried. Then the bitter taste surfaced and winced from the disgusting aftertaste. "Ugh, need soemthing to wash down... whatever you gave me." Vaati muttered. "What did you give me?" His tone was curious rather than angry, but he did his best to control his voice what he heard from Arious. He wanted to ignore Arious' comments. He couldn't dare to think about being ill again. It nearly took Opal away from him.
"Funny how you expect me to keep track of your girlfriend for you. I don't know where she is... something about orange?" Dark Vaati laughed and warped away.

"Orange?! ORANGE?!" Arious punched the wood column in the stable in frustration. He ignored the crack he made along with the stinging in his hand. "Damn it all... That guy is probably in Elonacia... and I have no way of getting there! No wonder he took Lisaya! He knew that she could time travel! Wonderful... and he has Silver... If he harms a hair on her head..." Arious bristled in anger. Great! Now I am useless again! And Helios can't do anything... by the looks of it, he got drained of his magic... I can barely sense his presence! I guess Silver didn't get to turn Helios back either... Damn it all!!! Now I feel like Helios! Useless - the horse part...
Helios stared at Arious. He was pissed off and knew that it would be best to stay out of his way..."Damn that Rugen.. He sucked my magic dry... even if I were to turn human... I doubt I would even be able to get myself out of this building let alone another dimension!" He snorted as he tried to move his weak limbs. They wobbled and he fell back down. "Looks like I am stuck here..."

Dark Vaati warped back, his mind obviously changed. "Alright, I see you need a translator. And like I said, it's funny when you're angry..." He smirked. "Silver made it so Helios can turn back, but Mr. Orange Magic Guy made it so he can only be human in the night. Or something like that. But even as a human, his magic is drained and he can't warp out. Fun, right?"
