I did. That's why I switched out my Togekiss for the Smeargle; I assumed that you'd kill it next turn, so I'd rather have the Smeargle die.
Also, if I had Medicham, even without Baton Pass, it would rape because of Pure Power.

Also, looking at my gold pool, I sort of want to start a Pokemon tourney here in the guild. Any thoughts?

That we would, though that's part of any PokeTournament that doesn't use software like NetBattle or anything. :/
We could create some weird and unique challenge though that would make it a little harder to be dishonest about. The problem is I can't think of anything that would actually be fun and challenging that's not just a standard match; I'm not fond of things that limit, really. Battle Tower rules might be fun, though, IMO.
Also, it would be cool to be able to have multiplayer Pokemon contests. But that's just me.

Ah! Is that possible? I've never actually checked it out. Double Battles with people here would be very fun. The only disadvantage is getting enough people to make an actual viable doubles tourney.
Some rules would need to exist, though to be quite frank I'd be happy just following Battle Tower rules (save for the Pokemon limits, which will be three per person).

No no no... Lol. The only way to get a four trainer double battle would be in the battle tower and two of them would be NPCs.
Double battles on wi-fi are you with two pokemon out.

Awww... That's severely limiting IMO. Plus I love playing with others - not NPCs. They're mostly stupid.

Well... I dunno. I'm not sure what would be alright in terms of a challenge where all of us can have sort of equal ground (other than setting a certain tier to play in).

Well, single 50 or 100 room battles take care of any levels problem.

Well... Yes... It does, but even Pokes at a certain level aren't equal. :3
Also, I hit my head for not thinking about this: Why the hell, when I face you, do I never carry a pokemon with Protect or Detect or the like? X3

I wouldn't know; I went from RBY to DP. :3
But now that I think of it, whenever you take Slaking out it's pretty much a game of prediction made easier with one of those moves.
