Coffee*, you're on the EGL LJ, right? Your pictures look really familiar.
I think your hair is fine, especially if the bow matches your outfit. You could try adding some curls, if you want to look dressier.

That sucks. I mostly lurk on egl, and I'm glad that the few pictures of me on LJ are in the washington state lolita journal, because I make really really horrid faces when I don't know that people are taking photos.
