Hmm, what if he finds somebody like kate (just using a random person from here), who would be willing to take over as the Kistune Mother and maybe we could give him a good MC that works for the Ruler of Heaven. neutral

no no no shik, the pure good MC is just your regular character turned into an MC since it can go wherever it wants. and it can even travel to the otherworlds too (without having to die)

yes, they are second in command to the rulers and report to them as... sorta like a boss! surprised they can travel (unlike all the other MCs) and are either pure evil, or pure good.
