Character: Belamos Karna Technique Name: Nova Release: Divine Persona Rank: S+ (Keystone) Type: Bloodline Element: Light/Scorch Release Description: Tapping into his true power, Belamos will briefly unlock the true power passed down to him from his father, Utu: Nova Release. Belamos will briefly assume a form-fitting that of a true deity. His form will become golden, shining and shimmering in a magnificent light. This aura of light extends a few inches off his skin and is constantly fluctuating. Anyone who looks upon this form will find themselves completely blinded for two posts, and if they do so while wielding Dojutsu it will be deactivation for twice as many posts as they are blinded for with all blindness fading after the correct amount of posts. Belamos's visage will even affect the ocular prowess of things like the Rinnegan, Byakugan and even the Mongekyo Sharingan. While in this form Belamos is able to instantly teleport to any location that is not shrouded in darkness. He can do this a maximum of one time per every other post. Reflex DR for his opponents is also negated when Belamos launches a Tai/Buki attack while using his Divine Persona. This speed also grants him an extra offensive activation. While utilizing his Divine Persona Belamos can create Light Release and Katon Techniques augmented by Nova Release out of pure light or any physical light source he can see. Finally, Belamos can utilize further Nova Release techniques only while in this form. Divine Persona lasts 6 posts and cannot be used again for 12 posts after it ends.

Ofuda Paper Talisman Seal: Approved. Nova Release: Divine Persona Notes: Instant transportation must be within thread and does not serve to work defensively. Reflex DR negation is fine, Extra activation is fine. Augment to Nova Release? Assuming you have some sort of bonus and are treating it as a Kekkei Tota, You are augmenting Light Release to being a Nova release and Katon to nova release? Correct? I don't see any issue with it. They would then just be treated as Nova release. The wording just feels clunky. A potential suggestion: "While active, Light Release and Katon Techniques may be treated as Nova Release techniques for the duration and Nova Release may be used from any visible light source."

Character: Belamos Karna Technique Name: Nova Release: Purifying Light Rank: C Rank Type: Bloodline Element: Nova Description: At will Belamos will release a dome of light around himself that expands out equally in all directions in a radius of fifty feet. If the light passes over a person and they have at least one technique activated which has a post duration, that post duration is automatically lowered by one post. This can affect multiple techniques at a time and will even affect allies if they are inadvertently caught in the technique. Note that the dome of light has no physical property to it- i.e. feeling, weight or density.

Character: Ikuyo Technique Name: [ Woodwaker's Regalia ] Rank: S Type: Bloodline / Senjutsu Element: Mokuton Description: Only usable while in sage mode, this jutsu causes the user to become overgrown with ambient vegetation. This can take the form of whatever the user wants aesthetically, moss, thin wood, mushrooms, etc. However, the purpose of this jutsu is to collect both ambient and expended nature chakra and force feed it into the users muscles increasing their speed. Any tai or buki (excluding spiritual) preformed while in this state move so fast that they ignore the opponents reflex stat. This state is capable of lasting for the length of sage mode (5 posts) and drains an S ranked amount of nature chakra per post unless ended early.

Character: Kagerou Uchiha Technique Name: Soujuu [Manipulation] Rank: X Type: Ninjutsu Element: Varies Description: This elemental ninjutsu focuses on the very fundamentals to create a flexible technique that can work for any element but at the expense of power. Using Soujuu, the user can manipulate any element they have the corresponding nature of, creating and bending it as they desire within the limitations ascribed by the natural properties of the element. Elements controlled in this way lack the focus and special properties that formal techniques can give that go above and beyond the natural. A stream of manipulated lightning will shock, but it won't give bodily control over the target. Fire can burst, but not with any amazingly shocking concussive force. Etc. Soujuu techniques are overwhelmed by techniques of the same rank and are generally smaller, too, following the cubic measurements in the table given below. If desired, though, Kagerou can increase the size of a Soujuu technique by 1 rank by decreasing its power by 1 rank. E - 1 meter D - 2 meters C - 3 meters B - 6 meters A - 12 meters S - 24 meters SS - 48 meters

It's going to have to be a no I'm afraid. Sadly, darling, this ability is to all-encompassing, its not that its offensively strong non its that the versatility of it is too expansive when used for say supportive purposes. i.e free form air bending to impart flight thus making Solo Flight in Fuuton inferior and moot comparably. While you do have all five elemental natures to do so 'theoretically' comparably let's say one were to take bloodlines that all typically had free form manipulation at the most currently this is either with bloodless kin or maximized implants three methods of free form manipulation. Here we have five comparably. There has been talk amongst biggy boys about considering the implementation of ninjutsu formless for one's elements as it was proposed once before but if I recall was shot down for the very same reason I'm giving here that a majority of the supplementary and support ninjutsu of elements suddenly pale in comparison when capable of accomplishing the same thing with formless but with a better cost efficiency.

Upon doing so, a large arcane circle forms under the user that spans roughly fifteen feet. The user is able to forgo the process of forging a weapon the traditional method by using this. The weapon of choice, including customs that have been approved prior to use of this technique, is created before the user's extended hands by drawing the minerals deep within the earth below the circle. The Ryo required to craft the item is removed from the character's profile just as if they had created the weapon in traditional ways. PendingThis would have been denied out the gate but it requires further detail. If this technique would otherwise bypass the required titles for the corresponding job in order to create the item it's a hard no. If, however, you create the item and this technique is purely for the aesthetic of it then it's fine but if your intentions are to bypass the crafting mission posts required to create the item then this is more than a C-rank. For crafting A C-rank ability would equate to producing one advanced item. You will need to make it a variable of E-B for items going up to Special, and B-S+ for Legendary and then if you want the E-S+ it will cost you two custom points for the production of items E-S+. On top of this technique creating, items using this method would not contribute to your posts toward your titles.

Character: Hiroki Uchiha Technique Name: Deity's Divine Deconstruction Rank: X [ E-S+ | Keystone | Learned as B ] Type: Bloodline Element: N/A Description: Hiroki's keystone technique allows him to bend his opponent's chakra manifesting jutsu to his will. Using his sharingan's ability to analyze jutsu, Hiroki overpowers a structural weak point to physically alter the manifestation of techniques that are used to attack or defend against him, for the cost of that technique in chakra. This could be something as straightforward as removing the heat from a fireball, or something as abstract as fixing its position - causing it to freeze in place but not ending the jutsu. This technique cannot affect passive techniques. Similarly, it may not limit the application of more than one descriptive bonus to a technique - so no preventing a technique from receiving bonuses from both Strength and Speed, for example. This technique may not alter anything that doesn't manifest chakra, preventing it from altering Simple techniques, or Complex techniques that do not manifest chakra.

Passives Custom jutsu can only have passive abilities if the user has them on a triggering effect. This means that while the passive is not active it is of no cost to the user, but once it is active it takes the cost from the user in chakra and / or stamina.
This means when the chakra is drained which is the trigger its also still going to cost you an amount to inflict that pain. To make it seem more worthwhile it can made so that once a rank of your chakra is absorbed you can use any rank of up to [X]-{Amount Absorbed} to distribute the pain. Meaning a person can drain [ B ] and you can spend [ B ] amount or lower to inflict said pain. If that's too complicated the easiest solution is changing it to this. Because passives still need ranks and cost.
