Once RVD releases the headlock, Jericho takes a breathe then regroups. Jericho gives a kick to Rvd's rib and pushes him to the nearest ropes.

Jericho takes a few steps back and runs up to RVD, trying to clothesline the high flyer out of the ring!

"oof!" Hearing Jericho yell in slight pain as RVD catches Jericho with a spinning kick to the gut, Jericho stumbles, but stays on his feet.....barley.

RVD holds on to the top rope and once Jericho was back to standing up straight, he uses it to jump onto the second rope and jump off with a Springboard Back Kick to the jaw!

The crowd is electrified as Jericho falls once Rob Van Dam connects on the springboard kick. Jericho holds his jaw as he waits for RVD's next move.

Jericho is grabbed by RVD and flies to the other rope with his back hitting the turnbuckles. He waits for RVD's next move, trying to regain strength.

RVD steps back before heading towards Chris Jericho, dropping to the mat rolling forward, leaping onto Jericho and attempting a MONKEY FLIP!

Sensing RVD's next moves, Jericho gets out of the way hoping Rob would connect to the turnbuckle, leaving Jericho more time to catch his breathe and make a quick decision on his opponent.

RVD has an awkward landing, leaping up, but with great ring awareness, he catches the turnbuckle, avoiding any painful experience, but that time alone gives Jericho an opportunity to attack. RVD quickly gets off the TB and turns around.
