Blue Salt Edited: Day 3 : Reinterpret a fairytale [Okays so the 1st one is what I did initially.] [The 2nd one is the same pic with edits.] I really like the interpretation of rapunzel being evil and luring men into her tower. Thats sooo wicked.

Pugnacious Banana i love you~ i was going to draw aquaman today. 4laugh but then i didn't because i decided on something else instead. i love aquaman though. Aww thanks whee Aquaman is pretty awesome, it's a shame I haven't got many comics with him in, though I do plan on getting the new52 graphic novel at some point ^w^ You should totally draw him at some point, even if it's not for this event! I wanted to do a serious pic of him but somehow I ended up doing chibi XD

Name: Demon Blurry Eyes Art Medium: Another papercut from me >w< Paper, scissors and I had to use a craftknife/scalpel for some of the smaller bits this time ^^ Elephant! (and the taj mahal for no particular reason it's just my thought pattern went elephant > india) I also tried to do the 'Reinterpret a fairytale' but I didn't end up liking the finished piece as much as I did the sketch for it sweatdrop

Thanks in advance (and yes, I know I'm not supposed to use my fingers, I only did that for the black part.....really...I'm not lying.. lol ).

Seriously? o-o At art school we got tormented (F's!!) if we used pastels without using fingers along with it at all.

The two that I've been to so far (and I hope it stays like that for a little while longer), professors in there would tell me not to touch the chalk with fingers (that's both for charcoal and pastel). By any chance, have you used a fixative before? Any advice? (I'm scared to try to move the drawing around to much).

Be creative and have fun! that's the way it should be ;3 Well if you're going to spray it on the painting, do it outside, and keep it far away from your face as you spray. Since it can be dangerous if you breathe it in repeatedly. That's really all i know about it. I use it both while painting and when finished. It keeps me from messing up the parts I've already finished. x3

Everything the teachers show me, well that what I do (just to please them), but outside the class room, it's fair game twisted eek I'll take that into account! My goodness we enjoy probably the most dangerous hobby ever xd

So i don't use fixatives as much as i used to. Water colors isn't dangerous though, except if i were to drown someone in my water, or stab them with my paintbrush! Well I guess masking fluid could be dangerous XD
