Nia stood back watching the three healing people work on Alex. She crossed her arms, her eyes on Enzai, the lone dark soul of the three healers. A small smile came to her lips as she watched him, eventually turning away to look around. She was bored, but she would manage, this was unavoidable.

Alex sighed as he simply rest his head back against the wall, closing his eyes; he had once before healed himself, minor injury as it was. Could he do it again? Somehow, he doubted that. He winced as he felt weak burn run through his body. And was it just him, or were his lungs hurting?

Shin caught alexs wince, a small frown crossing his face, but he stayed silent just doing what he was supposed to, what hed been told, man it sucked taking orders from enzai but this was for the best right.
Enzai smirked quietly, ignoring everything else but what he was doing right now, "Know your in there damnable little snake..now..." running his hand down from alexs heart, holding it over the boys lungs, it was almost as if the little cure was fleeing from him, how cute, but how vain..His own dark purple aura drawing in more of shins sky blue and sashas bright white, the colors and energies mixing a little moving to his command through the boys body. "I know your there.." focusing for a moment on that one area intensely, he knew hed catch the thing..

Alex resisted the urge to shift his position, though it was becoming increasingly harder to breathe. Well, at least it's easy to find, he thought bitterly, trying to take in the amount of air he needed but couldn't grasp. Part of him was pretty annoyed with this and part of him was just trying to avoid any more struggles.
Sasha focused with all her might, making sure each dropping light particle landed on Alex and that each healed to their full capacity. It was tiring, but she'd be able to do this for a little longer.

A slight growl escaped enzai as he wrapped the collective energy's around the squirming curse, entrapping it and tugging on it, attempting to get the thing to release its hold on alex. After being there for so many years it really had its hooks in the boy, seemed reluctant to let go without some fight...
"Feh..you should have let this be done earlier brat.." he sighed, this was almost draining..

"It's not my fault I didn't know how before. And I'd love to see you deal with a thousand-year-old curse," Alex retorted, though with hardly any effort. He squeezed his eyes shut as he resisted yet another burn. Although. . .now that he thought about it, it wasn't as bad as he thought it would be. Just before he thought he was going to be fine, his breathing cut itself off rather abruptly and he found himself coughing with a hand over his mouth; great, just great. Nothing ever seemed easy. And how in hell's name was coughing even helping to catch his breath?!

"No you didnt but I doubt you ever bothered to tell anyone did you? If it had been me it wouldnt have mattered" he chuckled flinching a little as if hed been bit "By time dairen would had given this thing to me I would have died, heh brought it along for the ride" such an evil little thing, really just wanted alex dead didnt it? To bad they were more determined, enzai and the others reaching in with their energys, pulling the dark thing out through alexs chest..
A black writhing snake head, coated in dark energy, with glowing ruby eyes emerged the thing looking as though it were hissing at them, fighting against their pull.

"Ugh. . .and that was inside him?" Sasha asked with a clear look of disgust on her face. A part of her was curious about the snake-like creature, but a part of her was frightened and disgusted by it. If it weren't for the fact that she had to help destroy it, she was sure she would have run of by now. But she stayed put, directing some of the light particles to aid in pulling the snake while also harming it.
Alex forced himself to stop coughing though his hand remained over his mouth; that snake. . .seeing it come out of himself made him want to vomit. But he resisted the urge and instead tried to forget about the last time he'd seen the creature. It had been roughly seven years ago, right near the entrance of the Canthan cave.

"This? No no no, this isnt really what was inside of him, heh you'll see right behind this is something cute and fluffy" enzai smirked rolling his eyes a little bit at everyones reaction to the thing, well what were they expecting was eating their friends organs? Fluffy bunnies? Termites? Happy little elves with a pain fetish? Gods...they were annoying some times..
Glancing from sasha and shin to alex, narrowing his eyes a little bit "Puke on me and die brat.." he was sure alex was repulesd the most by it, even he would be a little freaked out this thing crawling around his insides, munching and snacking when it got a little peckish or annoyed by light energy..
"Not funny enzai" shin snapped glaring at the thing, oh he wished he could just squish it right now, fry it, yank it out and watch it explode or something, it was hideous. At least this now proved dairen was as sick and twisted as hed always seemed, like theyd needed proof.
"Really I think its hilarious, see the snake is laughing" enzai hissed a little as they tugged the thing out, watching it writhe and squirm in pain at the exposure to the thing it hated most, its eyes flashing a deadly glowing read as it tried to create a dark barrier for protection..as if that would work now, they had it and it was coming out whether it liked it or not. Enzai letting out a small dark laugh as he nearly physically wrapped his hand and the auras around the creature, yanking it back and tossing it to the ground, the black snake actually screeching now as it was taken from its abode.
"Ech..dairen, he really does get creative with his curses" enzai grinned, looking a little tired now as he glared at the thing on the ground, the dark snake curling up on itself looking as if it wanted to kill them or strike out.

Alex's eyes widened at the sight of the creature, though he quickly shut his eyes and held his free hand (left) up shakily in front of the creature, like what someone would do to block out the sunlight. He chanced one final glance at the creature before he focused, placing the hand that had been over his mouth (his right) down beside him and focused, creating a small barrier of wind around the snake. Biting down on his lip, he closed his left hand and formed a fist. The instant he did that, the barrier shrunk slightly and formed several little blades of air within, each shooting out at its victim.

Enzai smirked watching alex kill the thing, he looked so frightened, almost like a child, it just made him pitty the boy "Che, arent you going to check to make sure your little host is destroyed?" enzai quipped, a quick flash of lightning surging up around the dying snake creatures body, totally frying it until it was hardly anything more then black ash..those ruby eyes dulling into nothingness, just black hard death. "I swear..you seem so innocent sometimes, all of you" enzai groaned almost sounding annoyed, the worst part was that it was in a way true, they were all very innocent..Though alex knew much more then he would ever let on, none of this could be blamed on him..that sucked.
"Ech..so..so the things dead now" shin said almost unbelieving glancing from alex to the little nothingness mass on the ground. "Hey lex..its dead" shaking the guy and smiling "That means hes gonna be okay right? Gonna live and all that stuff?"

"Y-Yeah. . .it's dead. Heh, we don't have to worry about it. . .anymore," Alex answered to reassure Shin. He brought his left hand back beside him, opening up the fist that was still shaking slightly; he'd never, ever had to kill something before. He'd never wanted to, either! "That's it, huh? No more traces of Dairen left behind if you don't include his corpse and weapon." He wanted to be happy, he really did. But some part of him just. . .couldn't be happy. Though he did his best to fake it, a small smile creeping onto his face.
"And we've succeeded!" Sasha exclaimed happily, fighting down a giggle. Okay, so she was a little happy. Hell, maybe even more than that. She threw her arms up into the air, making little drops of water fused with light fall down a little on accident. Realizing this, she blushed and let her arms drop behind her back, where she held her hands together. "Whoops. Sorry. Maybe I'm just a little bit excited now."
"You have every right to be, I think," Yuri said as she smiled, letting the hyperactive form of Button jump out of her arms and start running around everyone. Then, the pup finished by pouncing on Enzai and making himself comfortable in the man's arms.

Enzai nodded standing up and dusting himself off "Eww..I feel like I need a bath..shower..something to wash you and that thing off of me" he laughed giving alex a glance "If youd like I can destroy those to...no maybe not the sword but I have no problem watching dairens body burn..though hes dead his body remains immortal until destroyed. Lucky b*****d thats what he gets for being a demon, long life and all that crap" he shrugged no dairens body may age, but it would be thousands of year after they were all dead.
Letting a little smile on to his face, as he kind of tried to rejoice with the othes "I dont know I might miss the organ eating worm..it would have made a nice pet for me heh I could have set it back on alex after I was done with it?" he said jokingly giving alex a curious look...something just seemed off about him right now.
Shin laughed, practically crowing with excitement "So lex is seriously free of all of this! Finally!" he grinned crushing alex in another hug messing with, yanking out the guys pony tail this time before messing with his hair with both hands "Nah theres no way you can be to excited, this is fricken awesome! This is to awesome!" shin laughing and grinning, feeling exhausted but totally happy.
Enzai nodded casualy, not as enthusiastic as the others as he took another look at alex..."Brat..if theres something your not telling us mention it now because im not offering this favor up again.." he growled, lets see, dairen was dead, his spirit was removed, his sword was permanently disabled, and now the curse that had threatened to kill him, no worse make alex kill himself, the thing that should have destroyed the boy and any future children or re-incarnations was destroyed...Why in the hell wasnt he more happy? Out of all the people in the world he should be ******** ecstatic, instead he was just this subdued shaky little mouse like thing...gods it almost made enzai want to crush him right there, all of these miracle's and he was so...
Gods.."I hate hate hate hate you alex....I want to call you a spoiled brat, but its more then that isnt it?" oh he wnated to ask but hed let it drop, moving away from the group and standing next to nia, wrapping his arms around her while his gaze was fixed on alex awaiting an answer.

Nia smiled at Enzai, having watched him retract the snake from Alex's lungs, and then help destroy it. She would of rather watched him kill the blue-haired guy, but of well. She place her hands on his arms as they wrapped around her, "Are you happy to have your powers back, Love?"

"OW! ********, are you trying to kill me?!" Alex demanded as he swatted away Shin's hands rather harshly. He undid the thing tying back his hair and ran his finger through it, combing out the tangles while muttering curse words under his breath. Once he retied his hair, he glared at Shin and punched his arm (though not that hard). "You are so going to a nut house!" Glaring at him a second longer, he eventually sighed and looked up at Enzai with a softer expression. "No. There's nothing else. All I have to do now is get the hell out of this place."
Sasha pretty much burst out laughing at the sight; Shin and Alex were really something! She almost wouldn't mind having Shin as an adoptive brother, too. . .almost. "Honestly, I don't get what you hate about this, Enzai. Never have and never will."
"Easy, there. Take a breath before you die from laughter," Yuri said, though she had a happy smile on her face (and was in better control of her laughter). Button dashed away from Enzai, skidding to a halt in front of Alex and Shin and darting to Nia and Enzai, barking happily barking. Then he took note of his tail and snapped at it, caught it, and started running in circles with it in his mouth.
