Andra may not have been contagious anymore, but he was far from well and by the time they hit the cottage door, he's reeling physically and mentally, his screens failing, falling one by one.

Andra practically falls through the doorway and collapses just inside. Ai comes running from the kitchen just intime to break his fall, though she gets a little flattened in the process.

"What the heck?" she exclaims in alarm. "Kero, I know you two are friends but why is he here? He should be in bed."

"Put him on your bed, he'll have more privacy in there. Did Mica say he needed any help?" asks Ai pulling the front door shut and locking it.

Ai pushes him to the platform bed in the livng room and makes him lie down as well. "Before you keel over yourself. Now what do you want me to do. I dare not raise a shield of my own... and I pray ye took mine down before you raised yours... we'd blow Silver Falls out of existence if the two touch in any way... We'd have a black hole sitting right here and neither you or I would be able to do anything about it... we'd be dead... "

Ai nods. "Good... using a structure may seem wise, as it takes less power to hold it up, but is far too risky in this instance. Well, Andy is asleep, or well on his way to it. He really looks awful... but knowing Shar, she wouldn't have sent him down here, if she didn't think it important. Trouble is. Mica's not going to be able to raise enough power on his own to destroy that thing... he's going to have to send for help. We may be penned up here for awhile. Thank heavens Hope had gone hunting before he left... at least we have quite a bit of food in the stores." She thinks for a bit, then reaches down and places her paw on the floor. Relieved she nods to herself and when Kero questions her about what she's doing she smiles at him.

"Checking the natural shield of the bedrock under the cottage... they seem pretty solid... Usually that form of magic does not penetrate dense stone... How far down did you extend the shield?"

"How far down do the storerooms go... the ice box is fairly shallow but it's bespelled... your meat locker is deeper than most of them, correct?"
