What may work for ^, most probably would not work for <>. So, I just take out my frustrations in a way that no one can get hurt. I play video games.

^ Such as? <> Has tried whittling, chopping wood, drawing, reading, walking it off, and eating. So far, playing video games is the most effective for me. BTW, I no longer resort to comfort eating.
