I am the sand that whispers under the blazing sun. Desertpaw _______________________________ [Desertpaw nodded at Ravenwing and then looked at the ripply looking fish in the water. He remembered what Ravenwing said and kept his shadow away from the water. It took him at least ten minutes before he could get his composition right. Finally Desertpaw extended his paw and made a fierce some splash. In an instant the fish was out of the water,Where did it go? Desertpaw thought, but all of a sudden a slimy creature fell on his head.] "What is it? Get it off!" [Desertpaw flailed about and then tripped into the river with a splash. He jumped out of the river soaking wet, his fur clinging to his body.] "Did I get it?" [He finally heaved out.]

_______________________________________________________ [Echosong smiled down at the kit and examined the fish, keeping her positive attitude.] "Remember Dustkit, not all cats are perfect at hunting. Every warriors catches at least a couple of small fishes in their life. To become a good hunter, you have to keep trying until you get the one you want." Echosong encouraged. [She looked down at the fish once more and set it on a pile of two more other fishes, which wern't as big as well.] "See, I caught a couple of fishes too!" Echosong said, giggling in amusement.

 Dustkit[Dustkit brightened. He thought that warriors were perfect in whatever they did. It wasn't until now that he found they had flaws. "Must've been showin' off," he thought. He kept catching fish and adding to the pile, every now and then missing one. Dustkit then sighed that most of his catch was small. The kit went and crouched over to lap up some water. He then raised his head and stared at the river. The sun reflected off the water. This had been the first time he stopped to actually admire the beauty of the water.]

[He looked over to Dragonfire and whispered to her.] "Thankyou for you sympathy..." [Freezeshadow looked coldly at Nightflame as he told him to apologize to the spoiled Wuffy. He took a breath and meowed.] "Sorry...Wuffy." [Freezeshadow turned back to Dragonfire.] "We should go see Mosstar now, to see if you can stay." [Freezeshadow bounded off and padded up to Mosstar.] "Mosstar do you have a moment..." &#######################################& Water freezes at low temperatures... Hearts freeze of lonely shadows...

 Just as Willowpaw was begining to speak to her leader, Freezeshadow and the new commer came. Her ears pulled back. "M-Mosstar I wanted to... uh..." As Freezeshadow approached them, Willowpaw stopped short. She sighed. She glanced back at Dustmoon. She glared at the new comer.

[Dragonfire glared as Wuffy left.] oi! an we dont have feelings? what a hypocritical cat! she speaks of manners and respect yet has none to give out herself! why did Freezeshadow have to lower himself to say sorry to her? he did nothing wrong, she started it after all! [she rolled her eyes and turned her fiery gaze to Freezeshadow's icy stare. s sly smirk oh her face.] "i had no sympathy for you, only respect." [she carefully lifted her aching body. she felt the pain but refused to show it on her face.] hmmm, i can at least stand without support now without having to force myself as much. Cloudfang certainly is a good medicine cat! [she glanced over nervously to Freezeshadow when he walked over to Mosstar. if any first impression was to count at all it would be this one! she whipped her tail back and forth fistily.] i can NOT start a fight this time! it would seem no matter who i talk to something happens. i have to stay cool. [she kept her sly smile and walked next to Freezeshadow. cautiously eyeing the cat she wished to be her new leader.]

Dustkit[Dustkit looked in at the water with curiosity "I wonder," he thought. He then jumped into the water with a splash. "This'll definitely work," he thought as he swam. He then went underwater. When he came up, there was a fish in his mouth and two on his claws, one for each paw. He swam back to Echosong and dropped the fish in the pile. A proud smile came on his face.] "Echosong," he said energetically, "I just learned how to swim and hunt at the same time."

_______________________________________________________ [Echosong smiled and giggled in amusement.] "No Dustkit, you always have to go through the small fishes in order to get the rewarding one. And you are not a show off." Echosong giggled, happy for the kit. [She turned around to notice that Nightflame had broken up the fight, Freezeshadow and Dragonfire heading to Mosstar. She smiled and turned back around, her eyes widened a bit when Dustkit splashed in the water, bringing many fish, causing the pile to grow bigger. She was very impressed by Dustkit's abilities to swim, but she still kept the calming look on her face.] "Dustkit, I am so proud of you! You are a fast learner, that's special and rare for cats. Even for me.." Echosong complimented, her voice in an impressed tone. [She looked down at the fishes and noticed one big carp, her mouth growing into a smile.] "Dustkit! You must be proud of this catch, i've never seen such fish being caught by a cat." Echosong admitted, knowing that SeaClan will have a feast tonight. [Echosong went in the water, staying on the shallow end where Dustkit is swimming. She laughed, noticing that Dustkit has to swim int he shallow end. Echosong gave Dustkit a rewarding lick on the head, giving him a proud smile. Echosong enjoyed having a kit in her presence. Her life long dream was to have a wonderful mate who will help her raise a kit of her dreams.]

[Wuffy glanced at Freezeshadow. 'They may have lost their manners, but I have not.' Slowly getting up, Wuffy padded toward Freezeshadow.] "Apology accepted. I oblige for snapping back at you, but I truly did thing our conversation had mattered." [Wuffy sucked in a gulp of air, and then trotted off, her tail high like a small white beacon. 'These cats don't seem to look at anything from two sides.' She sat down, tucking her tail neatly around her paw. 'Whatever reason they think is right, is right. And so discriminative. Calling me a kittypet like it's a disease.']
[Wuffy shook her head, dismally giving another lick to her paw. 'I didn't want to cause a ruckus, but I have the same rights as they do, and the right includes to defend myself and my theories.' Wuffy padded back to Freezeshadow, who was paciently waiting to talk to this 'Mosstar.' Wuffy, too, then stepped into the line.
D: When'd she leave? Last I checked she was cleaning her paw. + She's just going to sit there like a bucket until ju' accept her. (-cough- She's pretty young. Younger than all the warriors.)
