Jeremy entered the pitch in quite different gear than usual. He was assigned to be a chaser this last year so he had some chaser gear from the school on. It seemed silly to buy chaser gear for one season. Entering he was determined to not be the worst chaser considering he was more skilled in keeping. He had no qualms he could see the logistical benefit of how the team was set up he joined his team in stretches

spaceWhit was pretty excited for the start of the Quidditch season. He'd done pretty well last year, so he was hoping to do just as well now. Maybe better. Although he'd won two out of three games last year, so doing better would mean winning all of them. Which he'd love to do, of course, and he was definitely going to try. But he wouldn't beat himself up over it if he just held steady. A perfect season was a lofty goal. Not impossible, but certainly difficult, so he'd give himself credit if he managed the same as last year.

spaceAndi was practically vibrating with excitement. She was on first string! She was playing in an actual, honest to goodness game! And their first game was against Gryffindor, which meant it was her and Will against Jack. It would've been better if he played the same position, but oh, well. She just hoped that he was a good enough friend to welcome her to first string with at least one bludger. She'd hate to think that he wouldn't consider her a target.

Chelsea could never be more prepared for today's game. First game of the year and she'd be star seeker. In fact she was the only seeker. Gryffindor was usually pretty good for backups but seeker seemed to lack a bit. Either way, Chelsea was prepared to be the go to girl! She just hoped she could perform as the go to girl. Doing a few light stretches, the fourth year had her game face on and she was ready to go. Slytherin was going down.

Griffin was never very into sports but had decided to play for simply something to do. Being someone the team depended on he had hopes for a good game. If he blocked all the shots fired his way it would be a good day. Then again he knew he couldn't catch them all. Luckily he had a good group of chasers backing him up. Walking over to Chelsea he smiled at her. "Good luck today." He told her. She was officially starting line seeker no one could get in her way now but her. Griffin just hoped she'd stay out of her own head.
