"Dishonest guess. How or where would I find one of those?" laughs Shia merrily. "Can I read books and things written in the void, uncle, or would that be considered cheating as well?"

So iffin I've already read it, it is alright, but I can't go trying to find a book about you. That doesn't seem very fair of ye." she frowns and scratches her head. "Oh well, it's only a challenge... then she smiles impishly... send me home then, uncle... I think I know where to begin."

She kisses him on the cheek and goes off to talk to Champhy and the brownies. And while she doesn't come right out and ask them if Kero has ever lost his temper around them, she does makes it known she's worried about him and is trying to figure out what makes the void mage tick. "I am trying to understand him better so as not to make him angry. I've been making some very stupid mistakes lately and don't know what I'm doing wrong." she says with a sigh to Champhy.

She gives the old horse a hug and a kiss then goes to find the brownies, asking them pretty much the same thing, figuring they had more contact with the younger Kero than she, knowing that if it troubled him now as an adult, it probably would trouble him even more as a child.

Shia thanks them both and gives them each a gold pin in shape of a washtub, which sends the two of them into tears of joy. She walks off into the garden looking for Averus, wondering who beyond him she should see, then she remembers the stable master and smiles. Her smile grows even wider when she finds them both with Skull Dancer under an apple tree. The older nightmare takes one look at her and fades away, but the others greet her warmly.

"Is he ok?" shes asks looking about for Averus sire.

"Who, Da?" laughs Averus merrily. "He's fine, he is. just doesn't feel comfortable around people he doesn't know anymore. Ma says he may have of touch of the old timer's grype... the one that claims yer memory. I say he's just shy. He seems alright to me."

Shia promises to keep it short then so the older horse can return and asks both of them similar questions. If either of them had ever seen or gotten Kerobian mad and what caused it.

Shia ponders this. Kero had already said it wasn't when someone threatened someone Kero cared for, though she did not doubt this was so, it simply wasn't the main trigger for his anger. She asks around the castel a bit, then calls out to her uncle with her thoughts....
