The thief eyes the newcomer, a bored look on her face now. "Writers might know 'im, but the characters don't seem to." To hell if saying such a thing made her seem nuts, she wasn't in the mood to care.

Monster watched the strange, intimidating lady asking about Xashowd... and now it was his turn to hide, behind the mechanic.
Laguna sighed. The guy wasn't making himself invisible, was he? She raised an eyebrow at the one woman's remark about "writers" and "characters". Unhinged was right. That one seems like a nutcase. Then again, who am I to judge? She then saw the furry blue guy move to hide behind the man in blue. He was the only one, besides the slightly undead guy, who hadn't responded. She smirked at him. "You haven't said anything...care to share, fluffy?" She got the feeling he knew something...why else would he hide like that? She then mentally smacked herself. Duh, he's clearly part animal. He must be smelling my Succubus aura. Animals hide from those who would prey on them. Laguna smiled at the thought. She was rather fond of the color blue...but she needed to find Xashowd first. He'd give her a place to stay, something she desperately needed.

"Al-Alright..." he said nodding. Arron had no idea who the man she was speaking of was.
"N-not really, no." He didn't like this lady, something about her didn't sit right, though he couldn't pin it.

When Laguna heard the furry blue guy stutter for a second, she forgot about Xashowd. He's blue, he's fluffy, and he's nervous around me...he is so damn cute. She thought. "Awww...Don't be shy. I won't bite...unless you want me to." She told him with a smile.
"I'm not shy!" he blurted out defensively before shrinking back again, "Y-you're just scary. ...And no biting. No biting."

Scary? Oh yeah, I must smell like a predator to him... Laguna thought to herself. "Very well...but there's no need to hide. I'm not here to hurt anyone, just looking for some R&R." She told the furry guy. That reminded her that she was looking for Xashowd. "Which is why I'm looking for Xashowd. He's an old friend of mine, and I was hoping I could crash with him. You suuuure you don't know anything?" She asked him. She contemplated reaching out and petting him, but she didn't want to scare him off. He seemed timid enough already.
Orrin did not make it out of the door before another scary lady entered. In sudden panic, he had thrown himself under a chair, somehow, curled up into a ball of dead stuff.

"Xashowd... What kind of name is that, anyway? Sounds like a ********' sneeze." She pulls a face before casually stepping between Laguna and Monster, using her thin body to try and shield the fluffball from someone clearly making him uncomfortable. She smiles blandly at Laguna, though it doesn't reach her eyes. "Your sneeze isn't here, so maybe you should try somewhere else?"
Laguna's expression turned sour when the strange lady walked between her and the fluffy blue guy. She didn't like the look in the lady's eyes... I should freeze her blood, teach her a lesson... She thought with a frown, but that would create two problems. One, there were five beings in the room with unknown combat potential, so she would be at a numbers disadvantage if a fight broke out. They could be weak, or they could struggle like hell, and she didn't want the energy drain when she didn't yet have a place to stay. Second, she could scare the fluffy blue guy away, and any chance to talk to him would be nil. As much as Laguna wanted to smack the lady, priorities were priorities.
"Very well...but only because I don't want to waste my energy on you." She replied in an even tone. She looked over at fluffy. "See you again sometime." She said with a wink before making her way to the door.
Once Laguna was outside and the door was closed, a low growl rumbled through her throat. That crazy *****...Fluffy might've said something important if she hadn't stepped in, I could feel it! She thought, irritated that she'd been interrupted. Next time she saw Fluffy, she'd have to get him alone somehow...
But what irritated her more is that she'd gotten no information. 7 people, and not one of them knew the Vampire? At least, none of those who'd talked...Laguna still thought Fluffy had held something back. He didn't outright say he didn't know Xashowd, so there was the possibility...but Laguna didn't want to test her luck while Crazy was in there. She walked down the hallway, irritated and itching for a punching bag.
She needed to vent. Next person she saw alone was getting smacked. But not before she asked them if they knew Xashowd...if they did, she might not smack them. Might.

Arron watched the scene unfold quietly, wanting to be a bystander more than anything else. Yet if a fight had broken out he would have put an end to it.

"If you ever feel like wasting your energy on my, I have eternity to wait for you~" The thief singsongs after the woman, the smile vanishing once she's out the door. She sighs, rubbing at her temples, "I should go, woman managed to piss off Ceci as well as the other. They're giving me a ********' headache..." She walks out of the room, still rubbing at her temples.

Monster breathed a sigh of relief as the woman left, looking to Falinn gratefully. "Thanks, Fal-" He wasn't able to finish though before she left as well. "...Hope she'll be alright."
