lurichan Ahh, the days when a band-aid and a kiss could solve your worst problems in life. *la sigh* Why does life have to get so complicated? I can't quite remember those times. I was a strange little child. Even in the pre kindergarten things I did I would get frusterated at how childish the others my age were. Your world was killing me

Ahh, the days when a band-aid and a kiss could solve your worst problems in life. *la sigh* Why does life have to get so complicated? With the addition of a more complex structure, one can find a greater sense of accomplishment in life. Would you feel more advanced with open fire or microwave oven? Generally, I would be, like, WoOt - I pressed to right buttons. In your face technology. Sticking something on a fire seems so - meh

Sticking something on a fire seems so - meh I would see the fire as a better testiment to your skill and knowledge personally. Sure with a microwave you can push a few buttons. Unless you built it, meh, you pushed a few buttons. If you're camping and you have to built the fire yourself, kindle it, keep it going, and keep a safe distance from it while still cooking your food over it's alluring flames, then you've doused it properly... that is accomplishment.

I remember I sat next to a kid who still didn't know the names of the basic colors which I had learned years ago. I became frusterated with it enough for the woman to start home schooling. Show me the dead stars

Ok - bad example
How about this exact media in which we are slowly conversing at this very minute?
The Internet is complex. As are the computers which serve as the coveyor.
>>
I have a sense of accomplishment being able to use this hunk of stuff

I've always seen the use of computers and ability to be relative to the time frame that you grew up in. If you're old (like my grandma) and have a good handle on computers I have a lot more respect and admiration than someone who has grown up with them their entire life (like myself). Although I know a enough to get around on a computer, I am far from an expert though, so I still can admire and respect people with advanced computer knowledge. I'm not even sure that make sense. ^^* I'm getting sleepy and my cat keeps meowing. ~_~ emo kitty.

Basically, trying to prove a point with "piss in the wind" fashion.

She wants me to be perfect like KenedyYou've been home schooled up to this point, right? And you are starting high school this fall, so she waited that long to re-intigrate you into the normal school structure once again? Why not try having you come back to the school system sooner, like middle school? Just a thought.

le sigh Sorry, I keep picking at the letters of the examples set forth instead of lettting the spirit of what you are trying to say stand. ^^* I'm naughty right now. *throws all the old food away and sets out new food* There...now maybe the cat will stop emo -ing at me. -_-* (If you can't tell, I am only using the emote instead of typing out the word since I'm using it in the common definition used instead of to describe the specific scene/music genre).
