Cut them in June, ¤ஆBurrpeltஆ¤ A rose is a pretty thing, but can make you bleed... [Burrpelt didn't argue. His ribs were starting to ache again. He got up slowly, wincing at his soreness.] "Alright. Let's check the medicine cat den." [he suggested. He looked back at Skywisker and gave her a reassuring look.] "I'm sure I'll be fine. Nothing that some sleep and curing won't fix."[He then thought,] And food. [His ears angled towards the medicine den and he beckoned for Skywisker.] "Come on." [he said.] "You need your leg to get looked at too." A burr is ugly, but doesn't hurt and stays as long as you want... That is too soon;
Cut them in July,
Then they will die.

correcting Oaktail everytime he acts like a kit"

"It's whatever made you wince that worries me" ((sorry fur the late-ish reply, I got distracted working on Skywiskers new layout))

An exasperated sigh escaped him.] "Great." [he grumbled.] "I won't be able to hunt until I'm healed." [He rolled his shoulders, working out his tight muscles. He shrugged, ignoring the cry of soreness.] "I'm sure it's just a bruised rib." [he said. He wasn't sure who he was telling. Himself or Skywisker. Who knew, it could be a bit more major.] A burr is ugly, but doesn't hurt and stays as long as you want... That is too soon;

real badly, then the chances of you hunting again would be slim"

He sighed.] "I know, I know. I just don't like sitting around all day. Like you'll have to too so your leg can heal." [he mewed, narrowing his eyes with concern.] "You can't have that happen either." [He turned to the previous topic.] "Sitting around all day is useless. It makes me compare myself to Oaktail." [he said.] "The most active thing he's ever done is probably try and get up off his back when he gets stuck. But I'm not about to push myself. I'll rest up until I'm all better." [He looked at her and gave her a quick lick on the cheek.] "I'm sure it's nothing. If it were broken, I would've known already." A burr is ugly, but doesn't hurt and stays as long as you want... [I laughed]

[I purred. I whiped my head around to look at him]

I- I- I... I can limp! I can walk on three legs.

[I wailed in agony.
I sighed and slowly regained my compsure]

[He gave a surprised yowl and sidestepped clumsily as Skwhisker turned on him. He cautiously went to her side and gave her a few licks to smooth her ruffled fur.] "Relax." [he soothed.] "You'll heal quicker than me. Your leg isn't as bad as my wounds are. You'll be hunting in no time." [He blinked and then chuckled.] "It's a wonder you sleep at night." [he said with a smirk. He swiped his tounge over his nose. The motion made it sting, but at least it wasn't bleeding.] A burr is ugly, but doesn't hurt and stays as long as you want... That is too soon;

He gave a firm nod.] "You're much more determined than me. That will heal you faster. Then you can hunt as long as you want." [He tilted his head thougtfully.] "How is that much different than healing? Consider it regaining your strength so you can do a great job on hunting in leafbare." [he mewed. He returned her smile.] "Don't be such a baby about it. It's not like you're never going to hunt again." [he said.] (I like it. It's very well planned. And I've seen bigger in this guild honestly. Hauntedheart in Nightclan's actual layout is very long. It's used ocasionally though.) A burr is ugly, but doesn't hurt and sticks to you as long as you keep it there... That is too soon;

I might tell him to slip some in your nest." [he said. He removed his head from under her chin. He nudged her towards the medicine den.] "Come on. Enough dwadling. We all know you're trying to stall so the medicine cat won't tell you to stay in camp and that you won't be able to hunt for a while."
