Setama, I believe you can get Lapras at Victory Road after getting your National Pokedex in the room with water and waterfalls.
Which legendaries do you have or can get?

For sure I can get Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina off GTS (oddly enough people will trade them for Milotics). As for others... Um... *checks his boxes*
I have an extra Celebi (OT ID confirmed to be from one of the Bonus Coliseum Disks or whatever it was, but I can't confirm other than that, assume it's a clone). Legendary Dogs and Birds (those I can trade for methinks, though with difficulty), and I think that's it.

In a fit of breeding and preparing for a new 3-person team I'm making, I have an overabundance of Absols and Riolus/Lucarios. If anybody needs or wants any of them... well... I'm the person to go to! :3

Sentama, could I trade for your Celebi just to gets its information in my pokedex. My goal is to complete my Diamond Pokedex.

Sure thing Kire. I pretty much have all the legends and promos if you need them to complete the Nat'l dex and whatnot. I'm trying to complete my Pokedex as well.
I'm finishing a Wifi Battle Tower battle at the moment though so I can't trade yet.
