The words are right, but your grammar is wrong razz Something lots of people do when they're first learning.

Probably, "Nihongo no benkyou chuu desu" would be better. And "Just switch the two around for your 2nd to last sentence: "Sukoshi hanasemasu."

Generally, when put into roman letters (such as what we're using), you don't leave off the 'u's, even if they're quiet 'u's.

To say "I'm ___ years old", use "Watashi wa ___sai desu." Sai is used as a counter for age.

on another note, to try and start a conversation (do what you can w/ what you know, even if its "I'm going to cake for kurisumasu!"), lets ask about Christmas plans!

Mina-san, kurisumasu ni nani wo suru tsumori desu ka?

Everyone, what do you plan to do for X-mas?

Nihongo wa cho muzukashii, ne? Demo, Nihon-jin wa sugoi.
Ja mata ne!

Nice to meet you. Please treat me well.

Japanese is hard, no? But the Japanese (people) are awesome. :]
See ya!

**Though I'm sure I placed Yoroshiku in the wrong place, correct me if so. It has a fuzzy definition so I kind of get thrown off.

Watashi wa yom-ju sai desu.

(I am 14 years old)

I am not sure about correctness of the word for 4. Oh, and i can't get my computer to write or read any type of japanese whatsoever, so i am sorry that i can't write it.

razz You just said "I'm 40 years old" heehee

The word for four is "yon" or "shi"...or sometimes "yo" (in this case yon). In Japanese you always say the number representing how many 10's before the number representing the 1's. Likewise, you'd say the 100's before the 10's. Get it? (In fact, it almost sounds like you're saying "5 hundreds, 6 tens, 3 ones" when you put it all together... go-hyaku roku-juu san) omoroi na^_~

So you should say: Watashi ha juu-yon sai desu.
