{<3}"Nothing in parti.." He stopped and saw the man looking at them. He recognized the man from earlier. He took the knife from his back pocket and slid it into Laela's sweater pouch. He glared at the man, and watched him.

"Crap." Lae said quietly, noticing the guy staring at them. "Don't look at him, he'll get suspicious. We have to lose him." She turned her head to look at him, eyes wide. She then broke lose and and began walking, there was a busy street nearby, an easy place to hide.

Jaden gulped. The guy had had his eyes trained on him, and now he was going to lose the girl unless he followed. Maybe this hadn't been such a good idea... But he couldn't run away, he wouldn't run away. He wanted -- no, needed -- to see Komi.
He'd only go so far though. If they got into a fight, he'd run and come back later. Physical harm was not something he'd be willing to take, he couldn't risk it getting in the newspaper/on television or affecting his performance/how he looked in photo shoots.

Shawana_Chou Rueda looked towards Laire. "Um..that place has nice food." She pointed to the cafe a few yards away. "We could go threre if you want. Or the resturaunt about two blocks away." She made sure she didn't jossly the sleeping cat in her bag, and lookedback in front of them.

Shizuri, wishing this man hadn't came and Laela was still wit him, went the opposite direction, around the block, potentially meeting at the other side with the man, unnoticed. He wanted to keep an eye on him, and also make sure Laela was okay.
"Why am I worrying?" he questionde himsel, "Laela can take care of herself, she's a big girl." He still felt guilty for leaving her alone. He got all the way around the block, and sure enough, the man was looking around for Laela.
"I've got to keep him in eyesight," Shizuri muttered. He stopped at an outside grill, and pulled up his hood, so the man couldn't see his face. He followed the man with his eyes, and as soon as he got out of eyesight, he went to another outside shop so he could still be watching.

Jaden did the dumb thing. Smart by his logic, but equally dumb, because it strayed on the path towards harming himself. Damn, he sounded like a wussy rock star, relying upon his money and priviliges, but he wasn't!
He'd sure show those people who thought otherwise. To hell with bruises from fist fights! ...Sticking it to the man was the number one rule of being punk. All this time he'd been thinking like a weak sissy boy.. He hadn't always been this sissy.
It was time to go back to his old way of thinking! He followed the girl. He would find out where Naokomi was EVEN if it killed him.

Lae, watched Shi turn the corner, then she quickly rushed into the busy street. She walked on for a bit, puting a hand in her pocket. She felt the knife there, and gripped it's handle. 'How considerate.' She thought to herself.
She walked up to a shop selling a lot of black clothing. She pulled a trench coat down and took it to the register. She pulled a handful of gold out of her money pouch and dropped it on the counter in front of the clerk.
She pulled the coat on and put the knife in one of the inside pockets. After a moment of lurking in the door way, she spotted the man again. He was following her, as expected. She ducked down and headed forward into a marktplace. She wouldn't stand out as much there, there were already too many people.

Fat chance. He'd been searching for Naokomi for far too long to have poor visionary skills. He could easily pick her out in the crowd, all he'd have to do was pretend it was like a Where's Waldo book... Those books were WAY too easy.

"I know you know where she is. So tell me." He didn't honestly think she knew, but it was the least confusing move he could make. He didn't know what else he could say besides this, nor explain why he was following her. He was going on a hunch, and a pretty bad one, but he'd followed her in the first place because of stupidity and gut instinct. What more did he have to lose?

{<3}Shizuri came from around the corner, throw two knives and hitting Jaden's pantlegs, tight enough so he couldn't get free. He grabbedhus last knife and held it up to Jaden's throat.
"Let the girl go," he said forcefully, "I will kill you, if need be."

Lae struggled against the man, kicking at him. "Let me go!" She looked at Shi, hopelessly. She knew that she looked helpless, but who cared, she was in danger, and they both knew it. She tried, without hope to push her hand with the knife in it forward, but she couldn't.
