"Well..." says Bez softly, his shoulders slumping slightly. "She's young... with a lot of growing before her. Who knows what will happen. Anyway. I'm glad ye told me his story... and yers. Ye've had a wild and strange life, Kerobian... ever think that maybe it was time to go home?"

**wrong home... but Bez understands... he too feels incapable of returning to his own home, so he doesn't push the issue any further.**

Yawning, the dark haired warrior stands up and stretches. "I'm for bed, my friend. It's kind of late. Are you sleeping up at Em's or in your own place? I could put you up here on the couch. I recon that cave of yers isn't too comfortable right now. Shall I get you a blanket?"

Bez scratches his ear and shakes his head with a rueful chuckle. "Have web will travel..." he mutters blowing out the lamps. He pauses by Tam's pallet and draws a colorful blanket up over the sleeping lion, bending down to lay a gentle hand on her shoulder for a short time before kissing her goodnight on the head. "Dream well, dulcha... dream well." he whispers tenderly, then after banking the fire, he tiptoes from the room.

At first his dreams are formless, then softly at the edges of consciousness, he once again hears the strange harp music, luring him ever deeper in.

Opening his eyes, but realizing almost instantly he really wasn't awake, Kero finds himself facing a meandering path through a wild and yet surprisingly tame garden... a vaguely familiar garden... and this puzzles him until he realizes it is Tam's sanctuary. But everything in it is over sized or grown out of proportion. And where one could normally see from one side of Tam's garden to the other, here the area off the pathway is obscured and the only things he sees is what lies before him.

No danger here, though the maze is a bit daunting. Whether it is to keep someone in or keep someone out, e can't tell just yet. Just as he begins to grow frustrated, he catches the glimpse of a glow over the bushes, but when he tries to take to the air, he finds he needs to stay on the path.

Kero finally comes to the center of the garden and finds it ringed with statues, all carved from a pristine white stone. There are the statues Tam had already carved and many many more, most of the subjects he knows, but there are many he suspects predate him as the garments on them are of an ancient cut. Sitting on a bench beneath a small oak tree is a creature he has truly only see once in his life, a snow white lion with enormous wings, though he had got to know him quite well during that period. It is Ai, strumming on a small rosewood harp, strung with strings that glisten like rain drops.

The lion's head comes up with a start. "Taro! Is that truly you... I've been calling and calling but only the girls come to visit." It cries running to his side only to be forced to a stop at the edge of the clearing. With a sigh it sits and waits for Kero to join it.

Ai sighs. "I overstepped myself... did something only the father can do... but don't worry... I wasn't condemned for it or anything, just put here to..." he coughs slightly and sighs.. "umm... repent."
