"Scooch, scooch," Tannia said with a smile on her face, trying to get Faith to move over just a bit so she could sit and look at the bunny. She opened her mouth a couple times to say something, but then seemed to change her mind. Finally, she turned to the little Abbess. "Say Faith, could I hold her, please?"
She looked at the mark curiously. "That's odd..." She turned her head a bit now to look over at Jasmine. "Have you settled on a name, yet?"

::Faith looked down at the bed, and awkwardly, with a free arm, tried to pull herself this way and that to move over... apparantly movement like this was still something she had to work on as she suddenly let out a small yelp, but quickly clamped her own muzzle shut, trying not to alarm the little one, before smiling again, and then, using both arms together, raised her just a little towards Tannia...::
...Well... ::Jasmine took over for everyone::
...We didn't know how you would feel if we borrowed your name, Tara was too similar to Terra the raccoon... I don't know where we stand on Tracy or Trixy, but I think we're settled on Kindheart for a second name...
::She sighed somewhat, still keeping half an eye on Shune:: I have to say, I never had this much bother naming Faith...
She's no hare maybe, but would you know any good names yourself, Tannia?

Tannia frowned, not having meant to cause Faith any discomfort. She reached over and slid an arm beneath the bunny, turning the Dibbun and setting it in the crook her right arm. She used her free paw to reach over and smooth down the headfur between the ears, smiling at the little bunny as she did so.
"Oh, I don't know. I don't think I'd be any good at naming."
She paid attention to little else, but eventually she noticed Jasmine's attention wandering, and glanced back to see Shune sitting there on the counter. The otter was sitting quietly, minding her own business, which was all Tannia had ever known her to do. Shrugging mentally, she returned her attention to the bunny.
"What's your favorite name so far, Faith?"

Maddox kept on eating his fish, this time more slowly and politely so as not to make a bad impression in front of his new friends. He had to be careful not to eat the fish bones anyway as he had already swallowed a good deal of them, though luckily he managed to slide them past his throat without cutting or stabbing it.
He turned to Jamie who had asked if he was finished. Almost. Just a little more...
He gobbled up the last morsel and picked up the plate to lick it. The kitten always had a hard time finishing a meal since he was often still hungry after eating everything on the plate.
After finally resting the dish on the table, Maddox laid back in his chair patting his stomach. Okay, I'm done...
His mind then shifted to the infirmary he had been to earlier. He knew this time he wouldn't just be staying there when he got there. But he also remembered the doctor there seemed like a nice lady so he had much less to worry.

::Jasmine meanwhile, let her eye lay back a little on Shune, just making sure to keep a mental note later to check on the otter dibbun while Faith remained all pensively thinking, a continual 'mmm' noise used to show her deep thought, when she looked up and smiled at Tannia, and the little one together as she nodded::
We calla' Tracy Kine'eart!!!! ::She positively beamed, nodding approvingly:: Yup!!! 's a good name for a good bunny!!!!
Righ' mumma? ::She turned to Jasmine, who quickly forced herself to push into the middle of the events again, smiling brightly back, making a very deep, very overly done curtsy::
A very wise, wonderful name Abbess... ::As she rose, she smiled at Tannia to get in on the act:: But we ALSO have another guest who came with her, if you would like to meet him as well to the ceremony where we'll welcome the little o-
Tracy. ::Faith added, with a little innocent cheek, giggling::
Tracy, good Martin forgive me. ::She made such an indignant, hurt look of guilt, a paw over her heart before continuing::
We may as well introduce little Tracy here to the others... ::She nodded to Tannia, showing she indeed meant this without any added theatrics:: We'll need to get some kindbeast to raise her for the moment, until she's a little older and stronger...
::She held a poignant pause... watching Tannia with the dibbun in arm....::
::Although, before she could say anything, it was FAITH who suddenly piped up...:: How about ya Tanna??!?!?!
I bet you'd be a great mumma!!!!! Jus' like mine!!!!

((Lol >< I can't believe you gave her my name... *shakes head*))
Jamie nodded, pleased to see that Maddox was able to have a more satisfying meal than the meager bits of fruit and bread he had offered the kitten earlier. He stood and pushed his seat back in, reaching down to collect he and Maddox's empty dishes.
"Oh, don't worry about it," Eula said quickly, getting up and taking the plates from Jamie's paws. "I'll take them back. Go ahead and take Maddox back up to Jasmine."
"Oh... all right'n. Thanks," Jamie replied, tipping his head a bit in gratitude. He held his paw out, beckoning Maddox. "C'mon squirt, let's get back."
~~~~~~~~~~
Tannia smiled a bit, nodding her head as Faith came to a decision for a name. She was absent-mindedly running the tips of her paws down the Dibbun's arms, marveling at the soft, pretty white fur. And such pretty blue eyes! And those tiny little p-
"Wait! What?" Tannia had kind of tuned out the other two, but Faith's sudden exclamation startled her. "Oh, don't be si-" but before she could finish her sentence she saw that Jasmine was also eyeing her curiously. She shifted uncomfortably, gently setting the newly christened Tracy back into Faith's arms.
She stood and took a little step back, shaking her head a bit and frowning. "I'm sorry, I couldn't. I'm not... I mean I just..." She glanced back over at the bunny for a moment, now torn between doubt and guilt.
She shook her head again, decisively. "I just can't. Not yet." She frowned with an expression of apology to Jasmine.
Jazzfox We calla' Tracy Kine'eart!!!! ((I love you.)) Donato grinned at the kitten as he finished eating. "See y'around, Maddox. Jamie." He rose, taking a bite from his apple. "I'll take them," He offered, indicating the dishes.
Eula had the dishes in her paws, and lingered for a moment, watching Jamie and Maddox walk off and disappear up a staircase. After a few moments, she turned and headed for the kitchens as if she hadn't even heard Donato offer to take the plates.
Opening the door and slipping in, she glanced around for the kitchenmouse. "Jude? Thanks for making the plates, we really appreciated it. I can help clean up if you'd like..."
Eula was a master kiss up.
Awkward. Donato watched her go with with furrowed brow - was she distracted or ignoring him? He waited a minute, before the realization that he looked fairly peculiar just standing in the middle of the Great Hall staring at the kitchen door sent him walking toward it instead.
Jude laughed from where he sat, sweeping away the remains of his own dinner from the table onto his plate. "Thanks a lot," he said, nodding toward the modest stack of pans and bowls waiting by the washbasin*. He glanced up at the sound of the door's opening - "I'm sure Donato can help too."
"Okay? I mean - wait, what am I helping with!?" Donato asked, afraid he'd just agreed to gut fish or something.
((*Do they have sinks?!))
((Um, we'll make do lol))
"Okay, great," Eula replied with a smile, walking over to take plates and began washing them thoroughly one a time, setting them aside where Jude had a clean stack started. "What a nightmare, do you do this alone every night? Well... except for the naughty Dibbuns who ate dessert first and are punished..." She laughed a bit.
She didn't really give any kind of reply when Jude mentioned Donato, only shrugging a bit as she continued to wash dishes. She did suffer him a glance back as he walked into the kitchen as well, but returned to her little chore rather than answer his question. He could figure it out for himself right?
She collected a decent enough stack of clean dishes before glancing around, not knowing where they were to be set.
"Whoa, calm down there. It's just the dishes. You won't be off questing for Dumbledang berries or anything."
Donato grinned crookedly. "Alright, alright." He noticed Eula's silence and glanced at her and he turned to help with the dishes - alright.... He looked at her with a quirked eyebrow and started washing the next pan.
Jude didn't notice the proceedings. "Oh, there are enough little ones eating dessert first to get through the dishes pretty quickly. Or not so little ones...." He grinned. "Those go-"
"In the cupboard on your left, bottom shelf."
"...Like I said."
Eula scooped up the dishes and put them where Donato told her, not offering a thanks of any kind. However, she was terribly close to making a joke about how Donato must've spent many evenings helping clean the dishes for being so naughty. She swallowed the comment, however, as tempting as it was, and went back to her washing.
"Jude, do you ever leave? I don't think I've ever seen you outside this kitchen. What do you do for fun?"
She took a cloth, eyes narrowing a bit as she scrubbed at a particularly stubborn bit of grime.
"I invent fruit for the naughtier dibbuns to look for, keep them busy." He responded sardonically. He picked up a broom and began sweeping out the corners as he spoke.
What on earth is eating Eula? Donato wondered, a bit nettled, running through the past few minutes trying to figure out what had just happened.... Meanwhile, "Dangerous bit of distraction, that."
"I only really did it once. Anyway, I don't live in the kitchen. (Though it's been demonstrated that I could hole up in one of the ovens....) For fun? I read."
Eula dried off the last dish, setting it on her stack and putting it with the other clean dishes. She glanced about the kitchen, letting her gaze fall on the kitchenmouse again. "Okay, dishes are done, anything else I could help you with?" She asked in an unnaturally polite fashion.
She scuffed the ground with her footpaw a bit, leaning back to get some kind of view out the small window over the washbasin. It was pointless though, it was late into the night and quite dark.
Jude paused and surveyed the kitchen. "No, that's about it. Donato, hand me that dustpan?" Jude swept up the dust and dirt and dumped them into the rubbish bin near the table. "Thanks for your help, you two."
((Wasn't it the middle of the day when we started this bit? Whoo, I'm terrible with IC time.))
