I wouldn't mind a Matsuda it has the move 'Insane shot' don't you know it always hits really small moving targets, and ends up stealing their items. Like Light's pen, a mafia mans wrist who had the Death Note. But that move only has around 3pp so yeah....
Very Cackle worthy fic. Makes me want to to figure out pokemon type moves for most of them.
Light uses Dramatic Potato chip crunch!
