"I've been sick for as long as I can remember. Don't know why, though. Probably some rare disease thing that gets handed down in my family or something," Alex said. He rolled over onto his side, not really up to talking about the past or fighting back.

Shin looked at the boy "That sucks lex, im sorry your lifes been so messed up" shin watched alex role over "Sorry, Ill let it be kay lex, wish things didnt have to be like this for you"

"No, don't be sorry," Alex said, letting out a small sigh before he sat up again, looking at Sasha and Shin. "There is absolutely no way either of you will let me out of this room, let alone this bed, huh?"
"Not a chance!" Sasha said simply and cheerfully.
"Figures."
Tohru came back, medicine in one hand and a wet towel in the other. He simply walked into the room past Sasha and Shin, not saying anything to them though he acknowledged that they were there. He set the towel down gently on the bedside table, giving Alex the bottle of medicine without a word.
"Alright, I surrender," Alex sighed as he took the bottle of medicine. He took the little cup that was on top of it off, pouring some of the medicine into it and gulping it down, screwing up his face in obvious discomfort as he screwed the bottle lid tight again. "Again with that foul medicine. Couldn't--." He cut off his sentence with a nervous laugh after getting a look of obvious anger from Tohru, deciding he wouldn't finish it after all and just lay back down.
Tohru picked up the towel and set it on Alex's forehead after checking the fever again. Right now, he wasn't in the mood to be dealing with any jokes at all.

Shin watched the two brothers smiling as he saw alex take the medicine "Hey, whats this someone looks pretty serious" he said watching tohru noting the angry look on the guys face. "Tohru...how long did you live with alex anyways" he asked casualy not realy looking at anything.

((Shin just stepped into a mine-field x.x))"Just until I turned 21," Tohru answered, running a hand through his hair as he took the medicine from Alex and set it aside.
Sasha let out a small sigh of relief, glad that Alex was going to be okay now. "Well, I'm going to head out onto that balcony I saw earlier and mess with the water in the air. Maybe mess around and make some small bubbles or something." The girl shrugged as she turned away from the boys and headed out onto the balcony, stretching as she felt the fresh air again, quite relieved.

((Oh yeah he did.....heh I felt the tension..ouch..Shins gonna figure it out soon though, theres a time line...tohru never met sasha until now, but alex did after her parents died. They were both a certin age when sasha and aelx met, and if tohru lived with alex until he was 21...myu....kitty cats! Alex and sasha and tohru..they have different parents huh cao? They have to!))
"Have fun sasha" shin said watching the girl leave he looked to the two boys curiously "So..your only 5 years older than lex arent you, thats pretty cool being so closely aged to each other. I was just curious...cause when you first showed up I thought lex had spent most of his life alone except for his few years with sasha ya know, didnt know hed lived with you so long" the boy said shrugging watching the door sasha had left through.

And because Alex didn't wanna stay with them, I took him with me and we moved to Kamada. For the three years after that, we lived together, just the two of us," Tohru explained after taking a deep breath and not looking at Alex. "But. . .after that, I ended up leaving. But he didn't want to go back home to our parents at all. Heh. Kindda strange, consider--"
Alex had gotten up quickly, sitting up and pulling a rather startled Tohru up by his shirt front. "Not another word, do you hear me? Not another word!" he said angrily, obviously furious, though a rather sad look was in his eyes.

Shin smiled as he looked at the two "Hey hey, relax lex I get the hint, I wont push anymore kay. Dont strangle your bro though, it would suck if he was dead" shin said laughing a little bit. "Sorry im causin trouble I know, ill quit diggin for now"

"You don't get it, do you?" Alex asked, looking at Shin though keeping his grip on Tohru firm. "I'm never going to tell you. Never. Not you, not Yuri, not Sasha. . .nobody!"
"Alex. . ."
"Why don't you understand? Some things are better left buried! The only reason Tohru knows is because I lived with the guy!" Alex didn't go on as his eyes widened and his grip on Tohru slackened. All his breath had suddenly been taken from him as he lay back on on his side, his arms practically wrapped around himself as tried to breathe again, though not doing such a good job.
"s**t," he said softly. Tohru sighed as he took the abandoned towel as used it to clean Alex's face, which was now forming little beads of sweat as he struggled with his disease. "A repeat of that time, huh," he said sadly. He looked at Shin, giving the boy an apologetic look for a second, apologizing for Alex before he turned his full attention on the boy.

Shin just shook his head, he didnt need an appology if alex got mad then he did it wasnt going to bother him. Shin watched his blue haired friend sadly, seeing he was having a hard time breathing, he wonderd if they should take lex to the hospital but he knew the boy would never go for it unless he was forced.
"No worries lex I get it, and ill leave it alone for now kay? If it bugs you that much you dont need to tell me, Heh im not gonna push you if it kills ya like this" he said smiling wishing alex were okay.

Alex panted, most of his air escaping him and only a little bit able to be taken in. He look at Shin, though he couldn't say anything as he let out a violent cough. He curled almost into a ball, not liking his situation at all.
Tohru sighed. "Everything turns complicated again. Seems life's just that cruel," he said quietly, managing a weak smile. "You can stay if you like. It'd probably help a little."

"I think things were allways complicated tohru..this is just a diferent kind of complication" he said smiling at the older guy "Hey you cant think I would leave the guy like this, heh no way, and dont think you can chase me off either. Lifes cruel but im not, not like that" shin said placing his hand on alexs back as he listened to the boy cough "Damn..wish I could heal ya lex...im not that good though" he said laughing a little bit.

"I doubt that you and Sasha combined could help him unless the cause was known." Tohru ran a hand through his hair again. "I hate seeing him like this. I really do. But the fact that he's sick doesn't help at all."
Sasha was sitting on the arm of a chair, surrounded by little balls of water as she looked up at the night sky. She hated not being able to help Alex. But she honestly could figure out what to do.

"He hides it too damn well, that's why," Tohru said. He wiped Alex's face again before continuing. "Wish he wouldn't."
"Shut up," Alex managed to say, though quietly. He could feel his heart beating, probably count the beats if he wanted to. But he wasn't liking that at all. He tried to sit up, weakly managing to push himself up before being forced back down as he continued his struggle, shutting his eyes tight.
"You just relax for once. See what all this stress is bringing up again? Sheesh. Just fight it this monstrosity, alright?" He kept one hand on Alex's head, mess with the hair a bit before resting his own head down on the bed and withdrawing his hand once he felt Alex wander off into a deep sleep. "A sleepless night. . .I won't mind, but I'm not letting you and Sasha do the same, Shin."
Sasha walked back down the hall after getting rid of her playthings (bubbles). Heading back to Alex's room, she noted the boys in a rather tight group, her younger brother being asleep, and Tohru looking exhausted. She knocked on the door lightly, not sure what she was intruding upon.
Tohru looked up at Sasha. "Ah. . .speak of the devil," he murmured quietly before smiling a bit. "There's another bedroom that's the next door over. You can sleep there if you like."
"T-Thanks," Sasha said, a little startled by this but continued down the hall towards the other guest bedroom, wandering over to the bed and sitting there, thinking a little. "Now what happened?" she wondered as she took off her shoes and lay on the bed, flat on her back. At some point she fell asleep.
