"Either way, he's doing a good job at snapping Alex like a twig. And that bugs the hell out of me," Tohru said as he frowned for a moment before looking at the figure ahead, registering it. "Think we found him." Alex took his hands off his face, one hand gripping his necklace, the other flat against the ground. He coughed suddenly, and out came a small drop of blood, splattering onto the ground. He looked at it for a moment, a little shocked before he quickly wiped it away, along with the blood on his mouth.

"Dont worry, well make the b*****d pay somehow for messing with alex, I swear" he said looking from tohru to alex "Yeah thats lex allright, come on lets go make sure our stubborn brat is still in one piece" shin said taking off towards alex.

Tohru followed after Shin, running a little ahead of the young boy. Alex looked up quickly, getting up when he saw Shin and Tohru running towards him. He had no intention of going with either of them and tried to run. However, when he backed away, he was met with the edge of the cliff. Shaking, he ran forward, away from the two.
Tohru sighed, seeing Alex run off again. He stopped and took out his gun, shooting at the area Alex would have to get through, a small crater forming. "Quit running away. You're supposed to be better than this!"

"Heh, tried that one to tohru" shin said remembering the fight shin and alex had had over a year ago "Hes right though lex, you serriously got to quit running away from us, specialy me, you know im going to follow you till the end, even if it drives us both insane" shin said smiling at the boy, a bit surprised by the impact of the gun.

Alex took his necklace off as he turned it into a sword, slashing it in the air and hitting the tree and ground.
Tohru shot at the sword, knocking it out of Alex's hand as he walked up to his brother, putting one hand on the boy's shoulder. He didn't really know what to say to Alex at this point.
"Let me go! Let me go, dammit!" Alex yelled, trying to break free from Tohru's grip. But the man had a strong one and Alex panicked a little, still struggling until finally settling.

Shin looked at tohru a little surprised, the guy had a good aim with that gun. He walked up to the two boys, still smiling as allways. "Hey alex.." he said moving up to the boy ruffling his hair a little bit "Enzai hurt you bad didnt he, heck everyones hurt you bad....how bout, instead of killing off innocent plant life..you talk with us about it. I know you dont want to cause your afraid you'll drown in it once you open up, but, take a good look lex, your allready drowning, just to stubborn to realize it"

Alex didn't turn to face either of them, though he was shaking quite a bit as he hung his head low, staring at the ground as the tears merely flowed.
Tohru sighed, pulling Alex towards him into a kind of hug. He looked at Shin, shaking his head at him, though he knew the young boy was right; Alex had already drowned himself. "It seriously might be better to let it all out at this point. It'd cause less suffering," Tohru said quietly.

Shin watched the tears hit the dirt, looking at his friend sadly, he knew he shouldnt have said it but it was the truth and alex needed to quit running and let it all go for once. "Lex, im sorry kay? Sorry for all your pain and everything....come on please just let it all go, just for a little while kay?" he said watching his crying friend.

Tohru held onto Alex until he felt the boy sink towards the ground, keeping him in his embrace and sinking with him. After a short while, he let Alex go, watching as the boy bent over onto all fours; it took a lot to control even himself. "We're not trying to hurt you, you know that, right?" Alex shook violently as he let the tears flow. "It's not fair. I never asked for this," he cried, wishing more than anything that none of this happened. He curled his hands int fists, punching the ground with his right hand. "I want my life back, dammit!"
Tohru hesitantly put one hand on Alex's back, almost losing balance when the boy suddenly clung to him, crying into his chest. He blinked, completely stunned by his actions, though he kept Alex close to him, looking at the boy sadly.

Shin went down alongside the two boys, wanting to say or do something but not realy having a clue, he had known in a way..atleast he thought he had "Lex...im so sorry" the boy said quietly watching his friend cry in anger and frustration at having his life taken from him, not only by dairen but now by enzai, alex had had everything taken from him and had never had a chance to live normaly or happily.

Alex let everything out for the first time in years, his eyes shut tight but the tears flowing nonstop. He felt as though a thousand needles had been pierced through his chest, if not worse. He knew he had to look like a fool, but he didn't care; he wished, more than anything, that he could just go back in time and prevent himself from ever meeting Dairen, the man who'd caused it all.
Tohru didn't dare shift to make himself more comfortable, nor did he say anything to his brother. He merely kept his hand on the boy's back, not even sure what he could do. Even though he had helped Alex through rough times, he still couldn't imagine what the boy was going through. He stroked his brother's head softly, unable to do anything more than that. He hated Dairen. . .hated the demon with every fiber of his bone. It was his fault that Alex had to ever suffer in the first place. "It's okay. It'll get better," Tohru said softly, trying to sound positive. Though he wondered if he was just saying that or if it were true.
"It won't," Alex whispered, his voice shaking, as was his body. He wanted nothing more than to just die on the spot. Vanish from the face of the earth. At least that way. . .that way, he wouldn't suffer as he was now.

Shin looked at alex, shocked "Lex, alex dont say that, you know its going to get better it has to!" shin said reaching out and putting his hand on his friends back rubbing gently. "Damn I wish I could just heal everything on you, just make all the pain go away" shin said, letting the soft white glow into his hands, he knew he couldnt heal alexs mind but he could try and comfort him just a little.

Tohru felt Alex's breathing deepen; the boy had fallen asleep once more. "What a cruel way to pass out," he said sadly as he finally shifted his position, carrying Alex in his arms and standing up. He didn't bother about any dirt sticking to him and his gun was put away safely into his pocket. The sword, however, glowed brightly, turning back into a necklace easily. Tohru sighed, not really able to pick it up at this point. He glanced at Alex, noting how the tears didn't really stop instantly. "Lot more sensitive than he looks, I'll give you that."

"Verry cruel" shin said moving to pick up the neclace pocketing the thing "Beneath that shell lex is a softy....seriously makes me wish we could go back and kill dairen again..bat freak b*****d" shin said shaking his head "Come on tohru lets get out of here....its faster if we head through denkou and sins place, kinda a short cut" he said wanting to get home quickly, shin started walking glad tohru was here for alex.
