I predicted Zelda's comeback because, Like Link, she had a new Twilight princess look (I also predict the return of Ganondorf, because he too is in Twilight Princess). But since Sheik, as far as I know, as I only had the game for a little while, does not appear in Twilight princess, It's uncertain weather she'll make a return as well.
Since the the Sheik transformation is a technique, and Sheik and Zelda were treated as separate characters with the Melee trophies, it's only natural that she wouldn't be posted right away. She might be redesigned to have a twilight Princess type look, but then again, they might get rid of it all together. I'm just not sure.
But since some people have grown accustomed to the two characters in one thing with Zelda, I don't think they'll get rid of Sheik. Others... might just not care.

I seriously want sheik, he is my favorite character and if you check the smash bros official website they have a song from ocarina of time as a battle theme and that game was the only game were i have seen sheik so i am hoping that sheik makes a come back and i hope he he also has some new skills too

It is very likely that her look with be changed slightly, but just because she is the Twilight Princess Zelda, doesn't mean that, had the technology been as good as we have now it isn't to say that she wouldn't have looked as she does now. This is like assuming that the Gameboy Zelda's weren't the same Princesses as the N64 ones. Also, why are we assuming that, just because the character was pulled from a different time in the story, Zelda can't put on a costume and act like a Shiek-like character? I promise, 100% that Shiek will be in the game and and will continue to be the speed demon she always has been.

That's the thing, though. The Gameboy Zelda's were not the same princesses as the N64 ones, and OoT Zelda is not the same as TP Zelda. Sometimes LoZ games use the same characters, but OoT and TP have different Zelda's.
OoT Zelda hid herself as Sheik due to very specific circumstances that aren't present in TP, and since references in the game indicate that TP occurs many years after OoT, Impa, the last of the Sheikah, would have been long since gone during the time line of TP. This leaves no reason whatsoever for TP Zelda to turn into Sheik.
I'm not saying it's not impossible for Sheik to be in Brawl, but it seems unlikely. If anything, I can see her being added as a separate character. But you never know~
