when we get aggrivated with my band director (we all love him too much to actually get mad at him) he says "Don't give me that tone of face" it's really funny but i guess you have to be there...

lilcutie9 ok well my band teacher is always joking around ok and we have this one girl that is always laughing or is confused and she shows......ok ok most the class does this but still...........so he jokes by saying "I should get paid more for taching speacil ed" he calls us that because we are always confused about something or asking about something that was answered....and many other resions..........so does your band teach do the same? apparently he wasn't far off, because you spelt "special" wrong, and replaced all of your punctuation with three dots...

Mine has... And the middle school BD Likes to tell us that his 7th grade band sounds better than us *laughs* Those guys are good though, I give him that

My band was generally well-behaved, just lazy. That's why our director got mad at us.

Coy Face My old band teacher used to ask us what we were smoking.... thats funny cuz everytime he says that we start to laugh and look at someone who really does smoke or our BD says to lay off the drugs which is soo true what we really should be doing , it makes me laugh so much he thinks we are innocent....

he's never said that, but he does say a lot of sarcastic things, like, 'There's this new thing they're trying. I don't know if it's gonna work. It's called playing in the right key.' rofl blaugh

My 7th grade band director, whom I loved dearly, once said during full band rehersal to us wind players that the percussionists were playing like, and I quote "They're playing like the S word today". Every one looked at her and she looked at us and said "S word meaning suck. No, no, Mrs. Duty does not talk like that" meaning that she does not cuss. And I being the smart a** in the class who got away with every thing said in reply to her statement of "I don't cuss" said, "Yeah right Mrs. Duty."
Now, my 8th grade band director got really mad at me one day during jazz band and threw a marker at me and said some smart comment that only the saxophones could hear.

Nah, but she always says we're such a cute band because we do some... weird things that are supposedly cute.

My band teacher is one of the best in the state but he is extremely mean, And often times rude. He yelled at me once because my trombone slide slid off I know laugh it up, He said i was "special" and should learn how to hold my instrument. It was saddening

Seth_Nightroad_14 my band teacher says that breathing is over rated and that we can breathe between classes Mine says that breathing is important and to do it when i have to because low on breath means alot of tension tension equals bad sound.

yep.....hey my band teacher flicks us off she always says, " it's this finger*sticks up middle finger* not this finger *sticks up pointer finger*" lol....seriously! and she is always saying whenever we don't follow her directions or are crazy she's like" i still get paid doing nothing sooo can i please atleast pretend that i am teaching u guys something" lol it's true....she's awesome!
