do the girls HAVE to have a top hat? Nopes, it's not a specific requirement just like guys don't have to wear spike heals 3nodding (no matter how amusing it is to watch them try to walk in them whee ...until they balance better thn you do, that's just depressing neutral xd )

Granny boots with pink laces.
