SilentBlackTiger flyer3f xXDrummingBeastXx flyer3f This is funny rofl . my friend has beaten everyone I've known, even me. He plays it every chance he gets with anyone. BUT HE DOESN'T EDGE HOG, WAVEDASH, OR SHFFL!!!!!! WHAT A NOOBZORZ!!!!!![/sarcasm] Just because someone doesn't do a cheap move like edge hogging or just wavedashing doesn't mean they aren't good. Heck, I never do them and I beat everyone, but my friend. I even have 286 trophies( i know! it doesn't mean i have skills by beating computers.) Sure, everyone has their own techniques, but I'm just saying that you don't need those techniques to be good. Honestly, if you can't wavedash or SHFFL, you CANNOT be good at this game. Rolling and smash attacks will not make you good, you'd understand that if you didn't only play with your other noob friends. I'm sorry to break it to you, but advanced techniques like these are VITAL in being a good SSBM player. And as I said earlier, these are just TWO of the many techniques there are. I know what you mean, im just sayin that everyone has their own tactics. If you use the ones mentioned, thats okay. If you don't, you probably have another tactic. BTW, I KNOW noobs. I try not to play them. Once, I got WORSE from facing them. Also, I KNOW how to wavedash And shffl. I never use them, because i never get any use out of them. I use other tactics. And that is why you fail. Oooh... I got a Yoda quote outta that one. rofl Seriously. If you even TRY to go to a tournament with Pro level players. Read this, okay? YOU. WILL. FAIL. Short hops, SHFFL, wavedash, wavelands, dash-dancing, fox-trotting, wavelands to reverse-uairs (my personal favorite), teching, wall tech, are CRUCIAL to advanced level play. If you can't do any of this, you will not get past being able to beat 3 lvl 9's on the computer on a team against. When what happens, and whats OC3? ...I wont comment on this. Anyway, OBVIOUSLY if you do nothing but wavedash and SHFFL, you won't go anywhere. But if you don't use them, you won't go anywhere either. Do you even know what SHFFL stands for?

Sigh, everybody that says s**t like that need to go to a real tournament. No, not one saturday night that you spent with your friends playing around in tournament mode. I mean a REAL tournament. Go to www.smashboards.com, go to the regional zones, and find a tournament close to you.
