Dread Lycan Rose...When Rose dies in Martin the Warrior. WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! T-T I have to agree with you on that part. That part made me cry also.

Firinafel Saddest thing? Poor Martin's history.
1. His mum gets killed early on
2. His dad runs off and leaves him to avenge his wife
3. He watches his grandmother die from maltreatment
4. His girlfriend gets killed, and he half blames himself for getting her into the mess and being hyperfocused on revenge
5. Oh yeah, he gets left to rot in a prision.
Poor guy. Then he goes and dies young. I mean, he gets awesome friends in Mossflower, but, I always found it nice that he could still be a reletively nice character (not, "OMGUH ALL VERMINS DIE!" *coughGrathcough*) *Grath Blackclaw looks over* What was that?

1. His mum gets killed early on
2. His dad runs off and leaves him to avenge his wife

I have to agree. It kinda sucked when Shogg (Or however you spell his name) died. He and Triss were going to be the first not... same... species couple thingy in Redwall! That would've been so awesome gonk ... xd

I know what he saddest thing ever is in Redwall; the treatment of shrews. I mean, they are the backup allies. They never get to wield Martin's sword (well, no; Dipper gets it for a good 2 pages of fight scene), and they usually get the casualties. Yet they are always willing to help Redwall. Man, it makes me wanna write a really bad fanfic...
