Let's face it; Nintendo doesn't give two shits about the Earthbound fans here in America. They only give America games such as Zelda and Mario because they're a sure-fire way to make a profit. As for Earthbound? Despite the thousands of signatures on hundreds of petitions, Nintendo still chooses to ignore us and not release an American translation. Sure, there are rumors that Mother, Mother 2, and Mother 3 are going to be released on one DS cart then ported, but that's highly doubtful. Maybe Nintendo just doesn't like us? Ugh. We should take some blue and happy them up a little.
