As far as we know they'll be using the GCN controls.
Not every Wii game will *need* to be motion controlled.

Yes, you can use the GC contoller, acually Nintendo recommends it, and seriously is it going to break the bank to buy a GC controller if you already bought the Wii, and the game(when it scomes out)?

Hey, didn't Nintendo say something about some sort of "shell" for the Wiimote shaped like a GCN controller? If not, then normal GCN controllers should work for the game.

porkeater123 that would be nice, like really nice. im sure someone is working on a adapter for that ok, you don't need an adaptor since there are slots on the wii for gamecube contollers and memory cards. And about the shell, that was the classic controller which now connects to the wiimote with a cord. Thank you for your time.

A while back, there was talk of a GCN-style controller which you could plug a Wiimote into.
I've seen pictures...
I tried to find an image, but alas, no luck.
Anyway, just wanted to point it out.

I know what you're talking about. It looks exactly like a Gamecube controller, but with a slot in the middle to slide the Wiimote into. I don't think picture was made by Nintendo though. Still, it makes more sense to use something like that instead of a Gamecube controller. Not everyone had one. EDIT: Found it. The image was created by IGN though.

I'm just glad I've held onto my GCN controls and that they are still in top shape.
