I was looking on youtube for the last two eps of Lost season 3 and this person says if you add them as your friend they will send you the episodes. I dunno if it's real, but if you aren't in the US I don't know any other way of getting the eps right now besides downloading. So anyway, here is the guys page if you want to check it out:
