Emerald__Dragon Bone necros pwn everything. Since its magic damage, resists and armor does jack, same with shields. So you cant block it, resist it or reduce its damage except by little bits. The only % resist you can get is with a saftey shield, and who the hell uses that? I pwned a lvl 91 pally ina duel when my bone necro was lvl 67. It was hilarious. Actully you can block bone spells with a sin's claw block it can block any type of attack or spell

newbgirl Actully you can block bone spells with a sin's claw block it can block any type of attack or spell True, but even so, if you just spam her with bone spirits she will likely lose. The co-leader of my clan had a bone necro, and I was fighting him with my 'sin who had 15 to Claw Block and 15 to burst of speed. I could not just run straight at him with a stream of bone spears flying at me, so I ran around a bit and tried to cut in, attack, and pull away. The problem was that even if I could block some of them, they do an insane amount of Magic damage when they do land. And you can not exactly get Claw Block to block 100% of the time. At the end of the duel (we were both level 60ish), I had him down to about half health, and he had me down on the ground, dead. So I have to say at the very least, I have a lot of respect for the bone necro, and I highly contest anyone who claims to have come up with some sort of defense against it; there is just too few avenues to block pure magic damage. This is why Hammerdins are so damn popular; they do pure magic damage with their hammers. Only problem: hoshits, they spin around in circles, and they are easy to avoid. Hammerdins are great for PvM, Bone Necs are great for PvP and against bosses. ... Can you imagine a Hammerdin/Bone Necro team? eek

Uther_Pendragon Single player sucks a**. You should start a battle.net account if you don't have one already. And high level necros are pretty good, so long as they have a lot of summoning and poison and bone s**t. Curses are overrated. If you want an awesome necro go find yourself some trang equipment. Yeah, the only really good curse to have (and only put 1 level into) is Amplify Damage. The rest are bull. Just make sure you max out Poison Nova, Fire Golem, Golem Mastery, Summon Resist and anything else you need to level.

lol, your build sucks, why not take some synergies to make your poison nova useful...

The best combo ever is the JavaZon. My frined is only lvl 80 and he takes out HELL Baal in 2 hits... 2!!!
what bone Necro can do that? Even lvl 99 it's darn Hard to get that kind of damage and in my oppinon that's total Pwnage

monster_of_metal it does not matter what level you it all depends on how you use your skill points and your stat points Dont forget how strong your magic is and armor
