konnichiwa! (hello!) ive been studying and taking notes on Japanese words for about a month. i guess im my own sensei (teacher) since i dont take any classes and nobody is teaching me other than myself. so far i have notes on about 10-15 words but only have bout a third of them memorized. but i still ai (love) japan! im actually really otto (surprie)ed with how easy it is to learn Japanese. reading Shojo Beat magazine also really helps me learn a lot of Japanese.

well im too weak at speech to do japanese sentenaces but, Im Hoshioni
(would love to know japanese word for a count title)
but i noticed you guys need a banner i can do a cheap animated banner if so needed *pm me if you want...^^*

Konban wa (good evening), I myself have just been learning on my own off and on and really love the language. I listen to japanese music as well as self teach cds. I'm really glad I joined this guild and I hope I can help as well as learn a lot more!
I'm sure you'll do a great job here as our new shidosha (leader).
