I definitely prefer the subs better. Because in my experience, I have heard horrible dubbing for really good animes. Shaman king is a prime example.

Subs, i have always liked the original versions of Animes but it cant be subbed by the distributers, it has to be fan subbed, adn with that you have to look around and find one you like, and then it is nice when they update often...but that is just me ^^ i find the distributers mess things up pretty bad, they cut a lot of important stuff out that always seems to make it more dramatic! oi..lol

I can't say, subs are good but you need to read fast and cath the action. Dubs are ok except some of the voice overs sucks some time. Me I can do both. But it really depends on how lazy or how much tolerance you have.

Meh, whatever. Some dubs are good...some aren't. @_@;; Reading subtitles are a pain on my eyes and I have to pause it sometimes to catch up...which really (to me) ruins the ep, but if you find a good dubbed anime (like Samurai 7) then it's all good. ^^
Sometimes, I'd even prefer the English over the Japanese. -_-;; Like Digimon Adventure...because Japanese voices can be annoying too. *coughTaichi'scough*. -_-;; Though I wish Digimon wasn't cut up so much...
Of course, there are times when subbed is better, like Saiyuki Reload/Gunlock. -_-;; How did Geneon get it anyway? ADV was doing such a good job...

For me, it all depends. Some dubs, like FMA or Cowboy Bebop, please me to no end. Some just are poorly handled. Some OL voices grate, others are pleasant.

With Very, VERY few exceptions... English Dubs are by far better than Subtitles.
The only thing better than dubs, are in some cases RAW anime. No exceptions.

when i watch naruto on cartoon network, i HATE their voices because kakashi sounds like he should be stoned and other reasons like that with teh other characters. in the sub, i <3 having to read it really fast and how they actually swear in it. AND THEIR VOICES ARE HOW THEY SHOULD BE.

Erm, well... I usually prefer the subs. Most of the time, the dub turns out horrible...
BUT! There are some decent dubs out there, such as Fruits Basket. :3 So I watch dubs sometimes, just to see what they're like. >>; ...and some anime, you have no choice but to watch the dub, since the original Japanese/subtitles aren't easy to find(such as Pokemon)... ^^;;
