Personally, I'd have to say Eiri Yuki from Gravitation's the ultimate seme in almost every way.

Edward Elric in a Roy/Edward pairing is usually very uke...
You hardly see Ed actually being seme in that kind of pairing!

I'd agree with everyone saying Eiru Yuki from Gravitation, he just screams seme. ^^
Another contender would be Nakago from Fushigi Yuugi (well, except for when he was a kid, with the whole b*****d-emporer guy D smile . Nakago x Tamahome! ^o^ Tamahome's cute as uke.

bite-me14 ummmmmm I have to go with the obvious anwser of Eiri Yuki (Gravitation) but I think in some ways Soubi (Loveless) is even more shmexy! Soubi is my favorite seme of all times though I'm pretty sure there have been other semes that are way more semeier in the the semeiest history of the semes of the semes! ((By the way people, do you like the new look?))
