Boone/Shannon

Title: The Truth
Characters: Boone, Shannon, Claire, Sayid, Locke



Boone saw Shannon and Sayid hugging, he figured they made up he rolled his eyes and gazed back at the ocean and mumbled, "Figures."
Boone heard sand shuffling behind him and he turned around. It was Claire, he turned back around figuring that she didn't want anything to do with him.
"Hey." Claire said she gave him a half smile.
Boone lifted an eyebrow, "Hey." He said back.
"So it looks like Shannon and Sayid are back to their ways huh?" Claire asked, interested to see what Boone had to say.
"Yeah." Boone responded he stretched his legs out so the waves crashed against them.
"Well um, here she comes." Claire said pointing to her. Boone turned around and saw Shannon comming near her.
She was still limping once she reached Boone she tapped his shoulder.
Claire got up and left without saying anything, not wanting to be involved in the many fights that Boone and Shannon usually have.
"Guess you were wrong." Shannon said in a nasty tone.
"Well you got your way so..." Boone began to say.
"So nothing Boone, you know you really almost made Sayid leave that time and i was just so mad that i didn't even want anything to do with him." Shannon explained.
Boone sighed knowing that Shannon was going to talk to him about this, he didn't say anything.
He watched as he saw Kate and Jack going for a swim.
"What your not going to talk to me now?" Shannon asked as she crossed her arms.
Shannon picked up sand and threw it at him, "You self centerd jerk!" She shouted.
Boone still stayed there and listend to Shannon having her fit.
"Are you listening to me?!" Shannon shouted.
She kicked him on the shoulder, "Answer me!" She shouted louder.
"YES!" Boone shouted so loud the whole island probably heard.
"Now go Shannon." Boone demanded.
"No." Shannon shouted back.
Boone looked around and saw everyone staring at them.
"Shannon your making a scene." Boone said quieter.
"Oh im making the scene?" Shannon said surprised.
"Your the one who threw sand at me and kicked me." Boone explained.
"You know this wouldn't happen in the first place if you didn't say anything to Sayid." Shannon explained.
"I don't care." Boone said, he didn't want to talk to Shannon right now.
"IM THE ONE THAT TRIED TO KIDNAP YOU SHANNON!" Boone shouted.
"What?" Shannon said backing away.
"I was so mad..." Boone started to say.
"SAYID!" Shannon shouted running to him.
She explained to him what Boone said, Sayid walked up to him and punched him several times and then picked him up.
Shannon figured Boone didn't mean to hurt her, he just didn't want her near Sayid and got fed up after telling her several times.
"What are you doing?" Shannon asked Sayid.
Sayid didn't say anything, he ran into the jungle towards the hatch.
"Sayid!" Shannon kept on shouting running behind him.
"Don't hurt him!" Shannon shouted.
Sayid stopped and turned around, Boone stuggling to get out of Sayid's grip.
"He hurt you Shannon." Sayid explained.
"Sayid... i didn't mean to hurt her, i was just going to take her in the jungle and try to talk to her without any distractions really! But she kept on kicking and screaming." Boone tried to explain.
"Enough." Sayid said walking towards the hatch.
Once they reached the hatch, they saw Locke at the computer. He saw Sayid forcing Boone to go his way.
"Whoa whoa, Sayid what do you think your doing?" Locke asked getting up from his seat.
Sayid ignored him and continued to the armory door and shoved Boone in and shut the door, he heard Boone shouting to get out.

Jack/Locke

Title: Versus
Characters: Jack, Locke, Sayid, Boone



Locke stared at Sayid as he exited the hatch, he didn't know the combo so he couldn't let Boone out.
A few moments after Sayid left, Jack enterd, he was all sweaty he looked as if he went for a jog.
"Okay John i'll push the button." Jack said knowing that it was his shift by now.
Locke nodded and got up from his seat.
Before Jack sat down Locke turned him around, "Boone's in there." He said pointing to the armory.
"What? Why?" Jack asked shaking his head.
"Do you know that Shannon was kidnapped Jack?" Locke asked.
"Yeah what does that have to do with Boone?" Jack asked.
Locke walked over to a table and leaned back on it.
"He's the one that did." Locke replied, "But before you say or do anything Jack, Shannon said that he wanted to talk to her about Sayid she started walking away so he grabbed her arm and started running then he heard your comming and got scared... that's all Jack thats what Shannon said and quite honestly Jack i don't think Shannon would lie about this. You know how she is with Boone."
Jack scratched his head and looked down then back at Locke, "You know he took Claire's baby? Revenge on me?"
Locke nodded, "Yep. He told me all about it. He's a good kid he didn't want to take the baby and he learned a lesson about it."
"Keep him in there." Jack replied annoyed walking over to the computer.
"Well Jack I think we disagree, we should let him go. He made a mistake." Locke replied knowing very well Boone didn't mean to hurt anyone.
"What mistake John?! He kidnaped Claire's baby and Shannon! Does that not mean anything to you?!" Jack said now shouting. He shook his head and scratched his beard.
"Yes it does Jack, he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. He was forced to do something he didn't want to if anyone it should be Sawyer in that armory Jack!" Locke shouted back getting up from leaning on the table.
"Sayid talk to him?" Jack asked wondering what he might have said.
Locke nodded, "Took a few punches to Boone's face."
"If he didn't do anything then why did Sayid punch him?" Jack asked curiously.
"Well Jack you know Sayid thinks differently then us." Locke commented he glanced at the timer to make sure he didn't have to push the button soon.
"Then us? What if im on Sayid's side this time?" Jack said. He was getting mad at Locke, he always thinks that him and Locke think the same.
"Then i guess you are Jack, but right now we need to get Boone out of there, he doesn't deserve it." Locke said, he was starting to get angry too, he hated how Jack couldn't see things his way.
"He deserves it." Jack mumbled he started walking towards a chair.
"Open the door Jack." Locke demanded.
"No!" Jack shouted gripping the handles of the chair.
Locke walked over to Jack and asked again, "Open it! Let's talk to him!"
"Talk?! Fine!" Jack shouted back, he violently threw the chair behind him while getting up and stomped to the armory door.
"Whats the combo Jack?" Locke asked.
Jack was already unlocking it and he didn't responded.
Jack threw the armory door open and looked all around, "Where is he John?" Jack asked annoyed.
Locke not understanding shook his head Jack walked closer to him, "He's not in there where is he!"

Title: Harder To Rely On
Characters: Kate, Jack, Locke, Sayid, Shannon

Kate and Jack ran through the hatch not saying anything to Locke and ran into the armory.
"Jack... Kate... what are you..." Locke started to say but then stopped talking once they reached past him.
Kate panting looked up at the vents, "He went up there." She pointed.
Jack started to climb but Kate pulled him down, "Jack you can't fit, im smaller."
Jack ignored her and continued in the vents.
Kate wasn't sure who's side she was on or what was even going on for that matter.
Once Jack was in the vents Locke walked up to Kate.
"What does he think he's doing?" Locke asked.
Kate took her focus off the vents and looked at Locke.
Locke started climbing the vents too, "Watch the button." Locke demanded.
"Locke!" Kate shouted. She walked over to the computer.
Shannon quietly walked into the hatch.
"Where is he?" She whisperd.
Kate assumed she was talking about Boone.
"He escaped." Kate said.
Shannon shook her head, "What the hell is wrong with him?" She was still whispering.
"Shannon, why are you whispering?" Kate asked curious.
"Sayid doesn't know im in here, he's right outside." She whisperd.
Kate knew that Sayid probably delt with Boone and thats one of the reasons why he left.
"Don't tell him he's missing okay?" Kate said.
Shannon nodded, "I know. Sayid would just blow it." Shannon said walking out of the hatch.
Kate nodded and glanced at the timer she heard Jack and Locke shouting at each other through the vents.
"SAYID! WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?! GET AWAY FROM ME!" Kate heard Shannon shouting.
Kate ran out of the hatch leaving the button unattended.
She saw Sayid grabbing Shannon's arm.
"Sayid! What are you doing?" Kate asked out of breath.
"He is the one trying to kidnap me to get somewhere safe because he thinks Boone is after me again!" Shannon shouted.
"Sayid, don't." Kate warned. Sayid gripped harder on Shannon's arm.
"Im only doing this to protect you!" Sayid shouted back to Shannon.
"Sayid, you don't have to kidnap her to protect her from Boone!" Kate tried to explain.
"I know your in a bad mood but don't even try, im sure Boone didn't mean anything." Kate said calmly.
Sayid still stood there gripping on to Shannon's arm.
"Get off of her." Kate said walking over to losen Sayid's grip.
"She won't even reason with me!" Sayid shouted.
"I thought you loved me Sayid!" Shannon shouted even louder.
Sayid let go of Shannon and the anger left his face he looked at her. "I do Shannon, if i didn't love you why would i be protecting you?" Sayid asked in a much quieter voice.
"You don't have to protect me like this." Shannon tried to explain.
"Because you wouldn't listen to me." Sayid said a little louder.
"I didn't want to! It hurts too much to see you and Boone argue like this." Shannon tried to explain.
"Shannon, please listen to me, you are in danger Boone is very angry right now especailly at me he could be anywhere why don't we go somewhere safer rather than standing here in the middle of the jungle." Sayid explained calmly.
Shannon nodded, "Sayid that's all you had to say." She said a little brighter.
"Im sorry Shannon, i was just so mad i just didn't think." He said holding on to Shannon's hand.
Shannon smiled and Kate watched them walk over to the beach.
She walked back into the hatch, she went to go take her seat by the computer.

Kate/Sayid

Title: Someone Who Understands
Characters: Kate, Sayid, Shannon



Kate had followed Sayid and Shannon back to the beach, she wanted to know everything Sayid said to Shannon know, she couldn't trust him knowing what he tried to do to Shannon.
"You know what Sayid i don't want to talk about him." Kate heard Shannon say loudly. She figured she was talking about Boone.
Kate took a hair tie off her wrist and gatherd her long curley brown hair and put it up in a ponytail.
"Come on Shannon, lets do something else." Kate heard Sayid say, he grabbed Shannon's hand and they walked towards the ocean.
They stood there for a few minutes, she saw Shannon laughing occasionally figuring that Sayid was telling jokes.
Kate saw Shannon walk back to the tent, Kate waited a few moments and started walking towards Sayid.
She stood behind him wondering what she should say to him.
Kate wanted to ask Sayid about the whole Boone story, all Jack said to Kate is that he tried to kidnap Shannon.
Kate crossed her arms, "Hey." She said.
Sayid turned around he lifted an eyebrow, "Need anything?"
"I just wanted to ask you something." Kate said shuffling her feet in the sand she gasped a little when the ocean reached her feet, it was freezing.
She saw Sayid standing in the ocean not seeming to care how cold the water was.
Sayid turned back to the ocean then looked back at Kate figuring she had questions about him and Shannon or Boone.
"Im listening." Sayid replied, not seeming eager to listen to any of her questions.
"What really happend with Boone, you know the kidnapping?" Kate asked figuring that would be the best way to ask him.
Sayid rolled his eyes and gazed at Kate.
"He tried to kidnap Shannon, simple as that Kate." Sayid explained, he didn't really want to tell her everything, he was still annoyed at Boone.
"No Sayid it's not that simple... he must have had a reason to do it, Jack won't tell me, why can't you? Are you the one who put him in the armory?" Kate asked annoyed that no one seemed to want to talk to her.
"Alright Kate, Shannon said that Boone wanted to talk to her about me and her, she started walking away and Boone grabbed her arm so they could go somewhere else to talk, then she started screaming then Jack came and Boone got scared so he ran, did i explain it enough?!" Sayid said walking towards her shouting when he reached the end of his sentance.
Kate gave him a puzzled looked and shook her head, "So why did you put him in there? You know he escaped right?" Kate asked wondering if he was aware that Jack and Locke were going crazy looked for him.
Sayid gave her a blank stare, "What?" He said quieter.
Kate automatically knew that Sayid was going to try to find them, but didn't want him to.
"They are looking for him, Jack and Locke... don't even try to look." Kate suggested, knowing Sayid was going to run past her any second trying to pick up a trail.
"Which way did they go?" Sayid asked eager to find Boone.
"Your not going Sayid, they are already going crazy looking for him, they probably found him and he is back in that armory." Kate explained, she knew that they probably havn't found him yet but she didn't want Sayid to get involved.
Sayid tried to walk away from Kate but she grabbed him by the arm, "What do you want?" Kate asked.
"What are you talking about?" Sayid asked in confusion not understanding what she ment.
"You always seem like you need to get someone and confront them even though they didn't even tell you anything. It just seems like you want something." Kate tried to explain.
"It's just we don't know who these people are on this island Kate." Sayid explained walking back to where he was before he tried to go off and look for Boone.
"I know what you mean." Kate shook her head walking towards him. "Like Jack, i just don't get him all i really want to do is talk to him but he always seems so distracted." Kate explained.
Sayid nodded, "It seems like whenever i talk to Shannon, Boone is brought up in almost every conversation, that's why i get so mad at him. She doesn't walk to talk about him."
Kate felt comfortable talking to Sayid about Jack, she knew that he understood.
Kate got why Sayid was so mad at Boone now, he couldn't have a conversation with Shannon without her bringing him up.
"I understand." Kate said.
"I think we are the only people on this island that understand eachother." Sayid commented.
Kate knew that Sayid was right, if she told Jack how she felt that he was always distracted, he wouldn't even listen to her.
"I think your right." Kate said smiling.
Sayid walked closer to Kate and ran his fingers through her brown hair, "Im glad then." Sayid replied smiling.
Kate smiled back and touched Sayid's hand.
"You know, we should talk more." Sayid suggested, he liked how Kate was the only one who understood him.
"We should." Kate replied.
Sayid glanced up where Shannon was, "Well nice talking to you Kate."
Sayid leaned in closer and gave Kate a kiss on the cheek.
Kate watched as Sayid walked up along the beach, she smiled and started walking back to the hatch.
She didn't want to get involved in whatever it was Jack and Locke were doing.

Shannon/Sayid

Title: Jealousy
Characters: Shannon, Sayid, Charlie



"What was that about?" Shannon demaded, she had been watching Sayid talking to Kate the whole time.
She crossed her arms, Sayid could tell that she was angry.
"What was what about?" Sayid replied knowing that she probably saw him and Kate.
"Don't act stupid Sayid." Shannon replied she tapped her foot in the sand and stood impatenitly for an answer.
"We were just talking." Sayid simply replied.
Shannon chuckled, "Just talking huh?"She nodded she frowned and shook her head.
"You know what Sayid if your going to hit on other woman behind my back... i'll just leave." Shannon explained.
Sayid was a little shocked, he didn't even think about his and Kate's conversation worth argueing.
"Shannon, I think your over reacting." Sayid said.
Shannon rolled her eyes and shook her head, "Over reacting?" She began to say. "I get attacked and your just walking on the beach chatting with some other chick, your supposed to be helping me Sayid!"
Sayid tried to think of a good answer, he knew that she was right but so much as been going on.
"Im sorry it just looked like you didn't need any help." Sayid tried to explain.
Shannon waved a hand at him, "Yeah? Im going." She grabbed her stuff and started walking away.
"Shannon, please... where are you going?" Sayid demanded following her.
Shannon turned around shook her head and kept on walking.
She stopped once she reached Charlie.
"Hey Charlie you mind if i stay with you for a while?" Shannon asked in a sweeter voice.
"Shannon you can't do this please." Sayid whisperd standing behind her.
Shannon turned around and got closer to Sayid's face and said, "Watch me."
Charlie wasn't exactly sure what to say, Shannon and Sayid always got into these arguements and he was pretty sure that they would get back together.
"Sure, if thats what you want." Charlie replied.
Shannon looked back at Sayid. Sayid shook his head, "Shannon... don't. Don't leave me." Sayid knew that Shannon would eventually come back to him, she always did.
"Yeah im sure." She turned back to Charlie.
Sayid walked away and sighed.
Charlie didn't bother to ask what was going on between her and Sayid, it always resulted in some kind of arguement.
"It's uh kind of tight in here but I think you'll manage." Charlie said refering to the shelter that he built.
Shannon was distracted by Sayid, she saw Kate walk up to him she watched them closly.
Kate was holding him by the arm and laughing at almost everything he said.
Shannon felt jealous, she felt like Sayid was ditching her for Kate.
Sayid would occasionally glance at Shannon and she stood there.
Charlie noticed that she was looking at the two of them. "Oh now i see whats going on, I wouldn't be worried about it. Kate acts that way to every guy i seen her talk to so far." Charlie said trying to comfort Shannon.
Shannon smiled at Charlie making sure Sayid was looking to make him jealous.
Shannon got closer to Charlie.
"Yeah, it's alright." Shannon relpied.

Michael/Walt

Title: Annoyed
Characters: Michael, Walt, Vincent



Michael stared at Walt as he played with Vincent along the beach.
"Come on Vincent!" Michael heard Walt say. "Hey Walt! Why don't you bring Vincent over here." Michael suggested wanting to talk to Walt.
He doesn't know much about him, it always seemed like Walt didn't want to talk to him, he was more interested in Locke than anything else.
"Yeah Dad?" Walt replied grabbing Vincent's leash.
"You want to talk?" Michael asked hoping Walt would say yes.
"Why?" Walt asked curious about what his dad would want to talk about.
"Just get over here man." Michael demanded. "Come on Vincent, good boy." Walt praised Vincent as he came to him.
Walt got distracted as he saw Locke travel off into the jungle.
"Hey Dad can i go with Mr. Locke?" Walt asked knowing he would probably say no, he never wanted him near Locke.
"No way man, why can't you just talk to me?" Michael asked. Whenever he talked to Walt it seemed like Locke just popped out of no where.
Walt sighed and glanced at Vincent who was sniffing the sand.
"So uh Walt. How have you been?" Michael asked. He couldn't think of a better conversation to start off with Walt.
"Fine." Walt responded still looking at Locke getting ready to go into the jungle.
"So you like the beach huh?" Michael asked.
"Yeah, Vincent likes it to." Walt replied, he sighed not really wanting to talk to Michael right now.
"Can't I just go with Mr. Locke just this once? Please Dad?" Walt asked eager to learn things from Locke.
Michael shook his head, "No Walt. I told you before im not telling you again."
Walt frowned, "Why can't i go?" He asked not understanding what Michael had against Locke.
"Because i said so Walt." Michael responded, he didn't like the idea of Walt walking through the jungle with Locke, who knows what could be in the jungle.
"Thats not a good reason." Walt said angerly.
"Listen, no one knows whats in that jungle do you remember that polar bear Walt?" Michael explained so hopefully Walt would just stop asking.
"Yeah but..." Walt started to say once again glancing at Locke.
"No buts Walt." Michael interupted.
"It's boring here on the beach." Walt explained, he knew that Locke was good with the woods.
"It's not boring, why don't you talk to Hurley? Play a game of backgammon or something with him?" Michael suggested figuring Walt didn't really want to talk to him.
"I played backgammon with him like 10 times." Walt responded.
Michael glanced around looking at everyone, seeing what they were doing.
"Well you can go find someone to talk to, and play with Vincent." Michael suggested.
Walt rolled his eyes, "Come on Dad, I really just want to go with Locke, he's good with the woods he knows what he's doing." Walt explained trying to make Michael see that he wasn't in danger.
"Walt! What did i just say man?" Michael asked.
Walt frowned, "Fine, i'll go talk to someone." Walt said walking up the beach, on his way to Locke.

Claire nodded cradling Aaron in her arms thinking whether to leave him with someone or not. "Wait." Claire said to Jack turning around heading over to Sun and Jin. "Sun! Can you please look after Aaron, i want to go in the hatch but i think he will be better on the beach. Just take good care of him okay?" Claire asked putting Aaron into Sun's arms. "Of course Claire." Sun responded.
Claire walked back to Jack, "Okay Jack, lets go." Claire said.
Jack and Claire began walking into the jungle into the hatch. "So this hatch, what exactly is there to do?" Claire asked.
"Theres food, music, oh yeah and a computer that beeps." Jack responded.
Claire smiled and put her hands in her pockets, they walked a few feet without saying anything to eachother.
Claire heard rustling in the bushes which startled her a little, Jack turned around noticing that she was frowning. "You okay Claire?" Jack asked. "Yeah I just heard something thats all." Claire responded.
She began walking again still listening for the noise, she turned around noticing that the noise was behind her.
She heard a growl, it was a boar, Jack quickley turned around and saw the boar only a few feet away from them. "CLAIRE RUN!" Jack shouted, they both began running in the same direction, the boar not far behind them.
They started out running the boar, "Come on Claire, we arn't far from the hatch!" Jack shouted. Claire tried to say something to Jack but couldn't, she was running too fast.
Claire looked behind her making sure the boar wasn't right behind her. She ran into a branch sticking out of the tree, flipping her over she banged her elbow into the ground getting scratches from the leaves, twigs, and branches from the ground. She looked over at Jack who was still running, "JACK!" Claire shouted trying to get up, she managed to get up, but then tripped again not realizing the pain running through her leg.
"JACK!" Claire shouted again realizing that he was still running.
Jack turned around, "CLAIRE!" He shouted back not seeing her right away.
He spotted her sitting on the ground, "Are you okay?" Jack asked kneeling down glancing up not seeing the boar.
Claire put a hand on her head and wasn't sure what to say.
Jack picked up Claire and ran to the hatch which wasn't far from where they were.
Jack entered the hatch and put down Claire, "Can you stand up?" Jack asked seeing if she could put any pressure on her legs.
Claire nodded and stood up. "Good, good. You have any more inguries?" Jack asked holding her sholder.
Claire looked at her arm which she had banged when she fell. "No I think im alright, thanks Jack." Claire said. She looked around realizing she was finally in the hatch.
"Wow." Claire said under her breath. She examined every part of the hatch, the music, food.
"You want to head back?" Jack asked wondering if Claire was eager to get back to Aaron.
Claire shook her head, "No, this is amazing." Claire exclaimed.
